The worst customer service is a waste of time making an appointment. Guard send you to sit down don't notify anyone and then staff tells you no banker available and see teller, teller send you back to sit and wait for nobody to address you again

Bad service not professional, manager told me will call me in the next day with certain time like She said but She never did it, never get phone call from chase, horrible manager, horrible service, I close account and soon I will close all my account.
