Waited 1hr in the lobby no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. There was about 5employees in the building.i finally approached the teller asking if someone can assist she then proceeded to say I need to make an appointment to speak to someone about my business acct. after waiting 1hr.
I rather take my money somewhere else where iam valued as a customer.
THIS LOCATION SUCKS!

Find another bank. Their requirements to assist you is way over kill. Td bank better hours and customer service. I have had an account through all the name changes.

Sucks there always only 2 people working in the bank and if ur in the drive through ur waiting forever and if u go into the bank ur waiting longer...they need to hire more ppl.

This is my first time ever opening a bank account with chase it’s went smoothly a gentleman name pablo he help me open a account and it went very smoothly everything was very simple thanks for Pablo and Kathy she’s very lovely and nice I’ll give my experience a 5/5

Terrible organization. The system accepts appointments for agents who are not working on that day. Then you show up on the day of your appointment and there is no one to take care of you

atms' touch screen don't work, you have to use the accessibility feature (which let's you navigate with the physical buttons) :c
