Terrible organization. The system accepts appointments for agents who are not working on that day. Then you show up on the day of your appointment and there is no one to take care of you

Went there twice to create a checking account for a small business and twice it failed. First time the person I had an appointment was not there and nobody notified me. Somehow that's acceptable for Chase. The second time the system was having issues and the banker was not able to open the account. I gave the banker my contact info to contact me once it's resolved and so far they haven't contacted me. All she said is I should make another appointment and hope that the third time it works.

If theres anyway possible to give a place no stars i would, this is one of the worst banks i have ever been to, we have been waiting for hours for 1 teller while there are 2 other tellers are available but they just walk around, mind you we are first in line, in a long line and some lady walks in and just goes to the teller with no appointment saying she needs help while WE ARE WAITING and they just ignore us honestly this is a terrible god forsaken place and i usually never write reviews but anybody heading to this bank needs to turn around and save your troubles .

Walking into a chase and witness an employee treat a customer so poorly because of his race and language barrier? I watched and payed very closed attention to a interaction a teller name Kathy was having with a asian customer I observed how he wanted to know his account number to make a deposit? Kathy went ahead and told him he had to be ready when walking to her window and told him to move in a very rude way. Customer had his debit card and license with with him but she wanted him to fill out a deposit slip. Customer asked for branch manager which I watched her on her cellphone locked in a office which the guy customer ran to her office. I didn’t hear not ever ONE APOLOGY FROM Kathy or branch manager TO THIS POOR MAN. this teller clearly doesn’t know how customer service works especially in Banks! The other teller that was there was running around like crazy from greeting people to taking care of the drive thru.

Had to go to this branch today rush hour, very much in a hurry.Walked in, this branch has social distancing in place, nice and clean inside: Good!Busy day, everyone is with a customer. A male staff in one of the cubicles ( who was with a customer ) asked if we need help: Helpful and Great!Male teller extra helpful, made sure we had everything we need: Thank you ( sorry didnt get your name ) Excellent !
