Every time I go in a Saturday there is one lady that always tells me to come back another day. This has happened to me on multiple occasion. If working Saturdays for her is an issue she should not work. I’ve come at different times and she always says the same things. This times she tells me to make an appointment it’s not REQUIRED but encouraged, there was about 2 hours left before they closed when they said this to my fiancé and me. We have been trying to open a joint account with chase for a month and it’s always a time with issue weather we come at 12 or earlier.

the absolute worst customer service. someone stole 500$ from our bank account and 3 times they denied the clain to get our money back. the people inside do absolutely nothing! finally the person stealing money from us got caught by the police and 3 weeks later we still havnt gotten our money back. it has literally been so hard to get ahold of or talk to anyone at this bank. they do not care at all about there customers

Most of my Chase reviews are the same because most of the branches operate the same. This is a good bank with good people and a passion for service. No matter what state you're in they all look the same. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a wonderful team here.

I live 2 minutes from this location and typically drive 15 mins to other locations because eveytine i do they have rude associates. Fiona is a very rude associate and snaps back. Just because she didn't want to move the junk that they placed in front of the large deposit window. Gave me huge attitude throwing my ID back to me not thanking me and giving me dirty looks. If you would like to see the proof of this I was here on today's date at 9:30am. Get it right chase cause this is by far the worst bank you have

Fiona handle My dad disgustingly today when he went to the bank to do a deposit for my sister. He first went to a young African American teller and she started yelling at him that she’s not going to assist him because she didn’t want to and she had Fiona take care of him and she was yelling at him that he needs the account number. He always gets helped and today he felt miserable and came home very upset. Get better tellers chase if I could rate 0 stars I would thank you.

Went to this branch last week and I will say this is the best branch by far that I’ve been to customer service is something that is well valued here. Jessica was very helpful and kept a positive attitude while dealing with me. She was very patient and attentive. This will now be my home branch!

Stopped by this chase because I was in the area, I usually go to the Delray Beach location. I had an amazing experience my teller Jessica was very nice and attentive to what she was doing.

AWFUL. Teller Priscy just stares at you blankly as you repeat yourself until she finally gets it. No one is ever available to help. I have tried 3 days in a row to open an account, even with an appointment, to no avail. Save the headache and go next door to BOA.
