I dont think this one lady knows what shes doing. I didnt get a name, but it was an asian bank teller. Im asian too, but yes she rejected 2 dollars to be deposited because they were wet.... im like... banks are suppose to take.money even if they are ripped in half, and she rolled her eyes at me and gave bad attitude. I wasnt gonna stress over 2 dollars so wasnt worth extending conversation further or bringing manager out.

The staff at this branch are rude and very unprofessional. I went to the bank and heard a Manger talk poorly of a previous customer with her employee as I waited to be helped. The same manager said she had bankers to help and I could wait. After I asked if she could help she went into the employee area and sat on her phone in visible area. I understand customer service is a tough job but the attitude of the employees are not acceptable but the manager has the same attitude which encourages an unpleasant service experience.

I've been a Chase Bank Customer for a very long time. My wife and I recently "Migrated" to Florida from New York! - What a surprise! - J This Saturday - 25 February 2023 @ Around 11:30 AM; - We visited Chase Bank @ 9863 Lake Worth Road - Lake Worth, FL - 33467; - I want to send a special "Shout Out" and praise to our new Florida Banker - Ms. Lilian Lopez - Officer/Relationship Banker - SB; - NMLS ID: 1996237;Lilian thank you for treating Andrea and I like your very own family. Lilian is extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely kind. She was extremely pleasant and helpful to my wife and I this weekend and truly went the extra mile to provide us with sound financial advice in a very caring and compassionate way. It was truly a pleasure having the opportunity to interact and do business with this fine banking professional. Again - Thank you so much for helping us this afternoon.Could someone please let someone in Chase Florida know how great Lilian is?

They do not answer their phone. I've been waiting all week for a personal banker to get back with me on my father's trust account. I was told they would call me, and I haven't heard back. I tried calling them today a total of five times, and the phone rang, no one answered, and the phone goes dead.

Terrible service. The policies of the branch mismat h with the policies of their own corporate entity and they do not care. It's different everytime you go in. Had two checks to cash from insurance claims one went through fine and the second they said they couldn't cash a few months later due to a "branch policy" get your story straight Erick Delgado is Terrible at his banker job and hasn't a clue what he is doing. Needs to go back to counting pennies. Don't go here if you don't want your time wasted.

Trouble with the drive through atm this morning. Out of the $60 I wanted, I wound up with a chewed up $20, instructions to call a phone number, and a lot of aggravation. I went in, having to be somewhere in 30 minutes (the atm is supposed to be convenient and save time, ha ha ha!!!)... inside it was business as usual, all pleasantness, but no one understanding my urgency and the tellers not in the least concerned... the welcome woman up front stands there looking pretty until I got aggravated and asked for her assistance in a definitive, agitated tone. She stayed calm, unmoved, and redirected me, twice. She had another desk call. Now I've a case number, a promise, and a replacement $20.What they should do is change the machine since "it happens"! Lol, it's NEVER happened to me at any other branch. Ever.Update: I've started taking my money out and switched to another bank that isn't so greedy. Chase contributes to ideals I don't agree with.

Poor customer, they never answer the phone when you call, the bankers there seems to be clueless on how to do their jobs. It's surprisingly bad at this chase Branch.

I called today in regards to opening a business checking account. I spoke with a gentleman named Brandon and he was very helpful and patient.As this was a rather complicated situation he transferred me to Barbara, one of the business account representatives. Despite it being near closing time Barbara took the time to listen and explain options to open the account. I'm looking forward to opening the account online vs having to go into the branch. I had previously attempted to open this type of account at Wells Fargo and PNC to no avail.I received excellent customer service today.Also, good job Chase on a very user-friendly and informative website.

We deposit over $5 million a year with Chase through our three businesses. They just refused to notarize a very important document because it involves "paper exchange". Yet, depositing checks involves "paper exchange". Depositing cash involves "paper exchange". I cannot do business with such stupid people. Not to mention how Chase turned their backs on small businesses over the past 2 months. Just wired our entire balance to PNC.

Rimon was very rude and disrespectful towards clients here at this branch. He refused to get the manager when asked several times. He was unprofessional and was using profanity when talking to clients. Take your business somewhere else
