I really enjoyed bringing my 3 dogs here. Carmen was very sweet. I understand they normally do short cuts on all dogs and nothing special. Which I was fine with but at times i would ask to leave their faces fuller which she always said it was ok.Until today, I called left a VM and she returned my call to book my appt. She asked me what I wanted and I just told her basic grooming since their hair was still short from their last visit with her. I know clippers can be adjustable so no scissor cuts required. I have poodles I do prefer the short hair because it was easier to maintain.Shortly after our call she text me to tell me she needs to cancel my appt we just made and thinks she is not the right person to groom my dogs and she recommended a place in Wellington and will best suit my request because they do SCISSOR CUTS all because I requested to preserve the length if she could (which is 1/2 an inch short with no matting). It was not a crazy request.I reply to her text and let her know it was ok and she can do how she normally does it . She replied with the word “NO ! “ I asked her I don’t understand what happened … it was like she wasn’t even the person texting, like someone else was talking for her. I was baffled how poorly this was handled. Because Carmen seemed so sweet and would tell me if she wasn’t able to fulfill a certain request. When I texted to please return my call , it was too late she blocked me!? I never disrespected or made any crazy requests and if I asked what she thought she would honestly tell me about her capabilities .Furthermore, my dogs last visit with them wasn’t as pleasant for my mini goldendoodle. He came back with clipper burns and nicked badly on his wee wee but I didn’t make a big deal or said anything because I thought it was an off day for them and they accidentally did it. Plus my dogs seemed happy and calm going there. Now I’m thinking it was probably purposely done so I don’t return.I just would’ve appreciated if they told me after my last visit that my dogs are no longer welcomed than making me feel horrible for simply asking what they are capable of doing.They didn’t answer the phone as I called to see if there was a misunderstanding and have the opportunity to apologize if their was misunderstanding . But I got blocked . It was just very weird I am in complete utter shock of Carmen’s behavior towards me and my doggies. I would’ve love to kept going but I guess even if they try to rectify I wouldn’t trust my dogs there again.It’s very unfortunate. I hope if they read this they can at least give their clients a more further explanation instead of sending else where and blocking you because they asked why? Even after I gave them the ok to do it how they normally do it.Lost a loyal customer here..

Today was the 1st time I took Lilly to get groomed .Mrs. Carmen and staff did an AMAZING job. I highly recommend this place. I will continue taking Lilly to get groomed...THANK YOU very much for the great work and professional customer service...I rate this place a 10+++

My 17 year old dog needed to be groomed & Carmen took excellent care of her. When I picked her up after grooming it was obvious that she had been groomed with special care. She was extremely calm, energetic & showed no signs of being nervous. She lookedbeautiful for a lady over 80.

My dog Jasper is 14 and is a miniature poodle, he normally gets nervous at the groomer, usually coughs and sneezes for attention, but not this time, Tony was so good to him, he was the calmest I ever saw and he had a beautiful summer cut. Even though my Jasper has some skin tags that often get nicked at other groomers, Tony was especially careful and there were no problems. They called me as soon as he was done which time wise, was shorter than expected and Jasper was so happy and calm with his beautiful cut. We will definitely be back. I saw the way they treated other dogs there, and there were no yelping,barking dogs because they are so good to the animals.Thank you so much.

absolutely hands down love this place. Carmen is the best she has been grooming my dogs for over 15 years. She is the best!! Owner is also very nice. Would not go any where else ever. The are very accommodating. Simply the best !! thanks for all you have donethrough out the years for Fluffy,Lulu, and Teddy

I decided to bring my Frenchie there after I had a terrible experience at Pet Supermarket. Tony n his staff are great and my baby had a terrific job done and the price was awesome. I’m so happy I found a place I can continue coming too.

Tony is amazing with my dogs! Chewy, Diana, and Loba always look so cute and smell amazing whenever I pick them up from Classy Pet Grooming. I’ve been coming there for years and I know my dogs are safe there.
