5 Star Gym in Palm Beach – I’ve never done CrossFit and honestly was scared at the idea of joining a CrossFit Gym. All the movements and workouts seemed intimidating, and I didn’t think I could keep up. But when they say the first step is showing up that’s the truth! Once I joined, I really can appreciate all the effort this Gym and its staff goes through to get us the members the best possible environment. From the equipment being cleaned and maintained (they literally had the bikes and row machines all rebuilt) to lighting and music for your classes really are all things that go unseen sometimes. The owner Nick prepares custom programs and breaks down the science behind the workout and more importantly than what the workouts are he goes over WHY and WHAT the workouts are doing. From prepping for sport, to performance, stamina and strength each workout is prepared with specific goals and targets in mind. Alec is one of the coaches and does amazing teaching and leading classes for people of ALL levels. We train together with military and athletes to full families working out together for the first time with no experience and Alec makes everyone feel welcome and helps us all get in an amazing workout for the day. I look forward to continuing to attend DRVEN/CROSSFIT 561 and improving in all aspects. Thanks guys!

I had an awesome today at DRVEN / CrossFit 561! I was in Wellington visiting my cousin and with a quick “gym near me” search, I was able to uncover this great facility full of a family friend community, attentive coaches, beginner and advanced level classes including personal training options too. If I lived in the Lake Worth area, this would 100% be my gym of choice! I can’t wait to come back the this Greenacres / Lake Worth area and you bet I’ll be back for another CrossFit group class!

The best gym around! The coaches are very knowledgeable with every single movement, and always strive to make sure the clients are safe. The programming is exceptional, each week I notice improvements from the weeks prior. Glad to be a part of such an amazing place!

The coaches, training, and facility are great. The atmosphere is very friendly and family oriented. Whatever your goals are they can be accomplished with Nick and his well trained and knowledgeable coaching team. My daughter is a National ranked athlete that needs to make consistent gains safely. We are pleased to say this business delivers in all ways and more.

After having my second baby I decided it was time to get back to the gym. I was looking for a small gym near me that could help me re-start my fitness journey. After meeting with Coach Nick about the various programs CrossFit561 has to offer I went home and told my husband I found my gym. Two years later I’m still loving this place. CrossFit561 is more than a gym it’s a family. I 100% recommend signing up for CrossFit561, it will be the best decision you make.

There are unlimited possibilities and programs designed to fit you the individual while at the same time offering group workouts if that’s your interest.
