I can't say enough positive things about this CrossFit gym. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this place is dedicated to excellence in fitness. I had an awesome today at DRVEN / CrossFit 561! I was in Wellington visiting my cousin and with a quick “gym near me” search, I was able to uncover this great facility full of a family friend community, attentive coaches, beginner and advanced level classes including personal training options too. If I lived in the Lake Worth area, this would 100% be my gym of choice! I can’t wait to come back the this Greenacres / Lake Worth area and you bet I’ll be back for another CrossFit group class!

The best gym around! The coaches are very knowledgeable with every single movement, and always strive to make sure the clients are safe. The programming is exceptional, each week I notice improvements from the weeks prior. Glad to be a part of such an amazing place!

The coaches, training, and facility are great. The atmosphere is very friendly and family oriented. Whatever your goals are they can be accomplished with Nick and his well trained and knowledgeable coaching team. My daughter is a National ranked athlete that needs to make consistent gains safely. We are pleased to say this business delivers in all ways and more.

After having my second baby I decided it was time to get back to the gym. I was looking for a small gym near me that could help me re-start my fitness journey. After meeting with Coach Nick about the various programs CrossFit561 has to offer I went home and told my husband I found my gym. Two years later I’m still loving this place. CrossFit561 is more than a gym it’s a family. I 100% recommend signing up for CrossFit561, it will be the best decision you make.

If you are looking for a place to achieve the fittest and healthiest version of yourself, 561 is your answer. There are unlimited possibilities and programs designed to fit you the individual while at the same time offering group workouts if that’s your interest. Also a tremendous amount of support from fellow gym members and coaches to keep you motivated. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to this gym for almost 2 years now. I can honestly say this is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. The environment is so warm and welcoming, and the coaches strive to make this place feel like a second home.

Lets start with saying I am not the typical person you envision when you think Crossfit. 47 year old mother of 3 that had not stepped into a GYM in over 10 years. I need motivation, I need a group setting I'm not one to go to the gym and just get on a machine that does not work for me. This being said CrossFit 561 is also not what you envision when you think of a Crossfit gym.EVERYONE from the staff to the patrons are so welcoming I never feel out of place. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with smiles and high fives. The trainers take the time to explain every workout and are super vigilant to make sure you are doing things right in order to avoid any injury. If you are not able to complete a movement they teach you the modifications that are more suited for your skill level. I'm always encouraged to do more and even the smallest of accomplishments are celebrated as major victories.They are always organizing events, from running the turkey trot as a group to going axe throwing.I recommend Crossfit 561 to everyone because its not just a gym is a community.

The Staff at this CrossFit is fantastic. Kate and Edens are the coaches for my husband's Rock Steady class and they are very attentive and helpful to the mostly senior class. My husband and I had a private hour of coaching with Kate and it was very helpful. Jacie in the office is great too. I'm not really a gym person, but CrossFit really impresses me as a better workout than the gyms with wall to wall machines. I highly recommend this CrossFit location. They also have a physical therapist on-site.

I was a sceptic on CrossFit but this place has changed my mind. Coaches are attentive and have a passion for what they do. They WANT to see you get better and take their time to make sure you get the maximum effectiveness in each rep by focusing on form and technique. Very positive vibes!
