We have been tenants at CubeSmart for over ten years, and I can confidently say the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The facility has always been well-maintained, secure, and convenient, but what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional staff.
Dawn, in particular, has been an incredible help throughout the years. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, always with a friendly attitude and genuine care for the tenants. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with logistics, or simply making sure we feel supported, Dawn has consistently been professional, approachable, and reliable.
After a decade here, I can honestly say that CubeSmart feels less like just a storage solution and more like a partnership thanks to the outstanding customer service we’ve received. Highly recommend!

Every other storage company doesn’t have an office or anyone working in the office! When I showed up to CubeSmart, not only was Dawn so sweet but she informed me on everything I needed to know!! Thanks so much for a smooth storage experience while going through some hard times in life! Sometime a small amount of kindness goes a long way!

Management is not on site during working hours. I came for the second time. I can't pick up my things!
This is the worst storage. Came here for the third time. Management is not there. It is impossible to pick up your things at the right time!!!

CubeSmart is the most affordable and safest place to store your prize possessions. Staff is always accommodating and very helpful in making sure you get the proper size unit for your needs. I would highly recommend recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Site Manager Antonio went above and beyond when helping us find the right unit to suit our needs. Corporate listen up! Employees like him don't come along often.
He’s got, brains, certainly isn't lazy , has an outgoing personalty , is well spoken and knows how to create urgency while not making the customer feel pressured. Give him more money and don’t lose him to the competition!
PS This wasn’t a FAKE review! Apparently another employee thought it was and unfortunately Antonio was fired! Bad move for Cube Smart, Great move for anyone who hired him.

Wome. In charge fired Anothony for interacting with customers she really unfriendly and rented me a space too big and tofar into the building I told her I couldn't lift things that did not seem to matter I was overly kind to her she's very bitter and I cannot wait to get my things out of there she went out of her way to fire Anthony for anything she could come up with I suggest your company Rehire Anothony a d Replace her ASAP she is far from an asset for ur company and if I were personally her boss she would be fired immediately sad yet true ? ❤️ ? ?

Excelente. Antonio was awesome and patient and very professional explaining about $12.00 insurance, which we did not know until we got there.
Ps The seller didn’t told at the time of close out.
