Pharmacy employees take it apon them selfs to over ride customer's doctor implemented prescriptions. Suspending a prescription for less than 20 hours. In doing so costing the customer another trip back to the store in the morning, along with lost wages because of missing work to pick up. Absurd and a waste of my time, money, and mental health. This situation was and is clearly not an abuse by the customer of any procedural but doctor aproved. If CVS and Walgreens didn't currently have a monopoly on the pharmacy industry I would gladly go elsewhere. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

This might be the worst CVS ever. They are rude incompetent indifferent and ever order I place goes wrong. Countless calls to corporate go now where. I would avoid this CVS at all costs

The waiting here is getting terrible. I have to wait hours and hours multiple times in order to fill prescriptions. Had LASIK surgery and needed drops filled. It took 4 hours, I waited in the line outside. They didn't even wait on me. I went inside and several people were experiencing the same issue. Thought it was a fluke but have gone back several times and it is now the normal way they do business. I am going to have to change pharmacy's.

My prescription was called in 2 1/2 hours prior to my arrival at CVS. I was told it would be ready in 1 hour. When I arrived, I waited in front of the drive up window for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then I had to give my name and date of birth 3 times. I was eventually told that my prescription wasn't ready and to come back in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I pulled up to the window where I lived Groundhog Day. I waited without acknowledgement for 10 more minutes, only to have to give my name and date of birth several more times (to the same guy as before Pelumi). Then, I sat...and waited. The whole process took a very long time...and before I paid, he asked for my date of birth again. Unreal.

My review is not for prescriptions or pharmacy area.I went here Christmas Eve because I forgot a Christmas card for my husband and my typical go to place had nothing left to choose from lolThey had a nice section of cards, great sales on make up and a nice selection of make up. They even had bathing suits , flip flops, sun hats and other beach items you can’t normally find at a chain due to it being winter.The lady at the front was nice and pleasant and quick to check me out. I even got $4 off my next purchase of $20 so I’ll go back after Christmas for some mark down merchandise.

Huh, other complaints about the same pharmacy staff. Jordan store manager maybe you should look into it. Perhaps there is a problem? Maybe she isn't a good fit for a customer service position. Maybe there is a problem you don't know about. Maybe you know and condone it and support it. Either way there is a problem. Facts are facts.....even if you don't like them.

They are great the pharmacy staff is amazing and always helpful and if there is ever an issue they are on top of it and let me know in advance by calling me.
