I had a bad experience when the cashier "ARIFA" starts to arguing with me for asking a question, i left the store and my husband stay and pay he said thanks to her twice and she did not answer him.She should not be working at front with customers with that actitud!!

I was told I had a two hour wait for my prescription. Went to the store to pick it up and there was another 20 minute wait. Over 2 1/2 hours for an Rx. CVS is the only store that my insurance accepts. I do not recommend this location.

CVS has gotten progressively worse as far as their customer service goes. Unqualified people with bad attitudes is what you can find

This CVS was so good.The two pharmacist that I spoke to over the phone trying to get a prescription transferred were so helpful and it got done.They were honest on how long it would take and offered a different option to get it done.I couldn't ask for more!Thank you!

Honestly pharmacy does not answer phone. Sometimes takes 10 Min to answer., do not keep meds well stocked. Took 5 days to get a med transferred. I intend to find a new drug store. So disgusted. Cvs needs to hire more staff. Need to bring back Sonny. He was so helpful. Tech told me I needed Dr to send new scrips because to hard to get prescriptions transferred. Not helpful at all.

Worst pharmacy in the cvs chain.my prescription was faxed to them from Dec 12;2021 and after 5 phone calls and several times crying ,I was informed that it was sitting there because I am not enrolled with the specialty pharmacy.no one informed me,no one helped me,no one sent the script to the specialty pharmacy.on Jan 4,2022 I called again after being unable to get out of bed,the specialty pharmacy was put on the phone and I was I for that they were not aware of this script ,it was never sent to them and no one had enrolled me so it could not be dispensed until I am enrolled.she checked ,my insurance covers the med 100%,the script is valid ,my cvs profile is there.but no one from this location called them or transferred the scrip.please stay away from this location.these people are uncaring ,inconsiderate and just going throught the motion..

Slow, inefficient, and unhelpful. Fortunately I found the Progressive Pharmacy just a quarter of a mile down the road, where the pharmacy staff was absolutely wonderful. At Progressive they are helpful, friendly, fast, and efficient. I will never go back to CVS.
