Horrible pharmacy and horrible pharmacists. Basically refused to give a prescription told me come back 4 hours ago, came back 4 hours ago they said they don’t see anything In Their system, I started complaining and suddenly they saw a prescription on their end, they asked for another 20 minutes, and it’s literally for an eye drops YOU GUYS SUCK!

The pharmacy staff does not offer a friendly and respectful service to the customer. It needs people who love their job who are not just there for the money. There are also kind people who speak Spanish.

They are very professional. I’ve been going there for two years. Have never had a problem with them. If they don’t have the medicine, they let me know before hand and when my medicine is in, they sent me a text. I really appreciate their kindness.

Jason is the best pharmacist you guys have. I was a pharm tech for ten years and he runs the place like it should be. No waiting for 30 min on the phone, scripts filled in a timely manner, smart knowledgeable and has the correct answers and everyone there communicates and all says the same thing. When he isn't there people are waiting for hours or days for the scripts get told lies and it's just very unfortunate he isn't there as much as he was. VERY unfortunate. Everyone there is nice but coming out of that field n the pharmacist you have staffed has no idea what's going on and makes everyone wait and tells us different things then your techs do kindness can't really make up for that. That is why your ratings here suck by the way if anyone cared. If he isn't there also the lines are always 30 plus min as well.

The girl who helps people at the pharmacy deserves a raise or something. She is always on point and pleasant I’m not n sure her name but she is small blonde hair nice smile shh he e is greatly appreciated

Hate that you have to use the automated tellers when a live person is standing there helping the people who cannot figure out how to use the machines. Just ring people up and get the line moving

Awful, uncaring service from beginning to end……..over 30 minutes to pickup an Rx that had been requested days before. No one at the pharmacy seemed to care. I now suggest Walgreens. The service and attention at this CVS couldn’t be much worse.GK

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. They consider you dropping your prescription off at 2:30pm "at night". Unprofessionally tell you how busy they are as an excuse to not fill your prescription. Speak to you like you are no one. The entire staff needs to be fired and rehire new. Purely PATHETIC

My dentist told me she hated THIS CVS she rather pay the extra Money and go to Walgreens on 10th avenue...I decided to figure out by myself was it that bad...THIS CVS IS TRASH...Don't come here if it's for a prescription.You don't really need names because The WHOLE PHARMACY is a Joke. Definitely giving Walmart vibes. I rather not deal with their unprofessionalism because I need tooth medication... So try Walgreens.

Don't even want to give it one star but it makes me leave at least that. Pharmacy is the worst to deal with. Incompetent employees/pharmacists. I would be embarrassed to work there.
