Placed a photo order for pick up the night prior, told me it was gonna be ready by 8 AM the next day and it clearly was not. I definitely don’t recommend getting photos printed from this CVS. Customer service is also a little rude as well.

Terrible service. A 1 day print order was supposed to be ready yesterday 8am. Today I want to get it and after 15 min 'search' they say it's not done and btw..we don't have the material....great it was a present.

Terrible service for years it was my favorite pharmacy but the last 2 times they were rude even one of the employees told me that if I want the medicine within 5 hours that I should go look for another pharmacy and that I am not the only one sick!!! If they pay you for that so that you do your work, it is not free and I will gladly look for another pharmacy.

Can't talk to anyone in pharmacy, stupid messaging system, noone calls back, prescriptions not ready in one day. CVS it's just not a good company anymore.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. ALL of the pharmacy staff is consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and unpleasant. They’re borderline rude during the most basic of interactions. This CVS is a disgrace.

No longer a way to talk to a human on the phone. Leave a message, and we might call you back in a few hours. There is no reasonable customer service here.

Pharmacy had a glitch on Christmas Eve and had to close early. A lot of people had very serious medicine they needed and the workers were offering no solutions. They spent an hour not telling anyone any updates and even the workers weren’t listening to the main supervisor and were telling other customers different things. They didn’t bother to call other cvs nearby if we could go there instead. I eventually went to another cvs on congress and they were angry that this Dixie highway location were not giving them a heads up about the influx of people who needed their medicine before the store closed. No one was professional and they need to be retrained because they did everything wrong.

Terrible location avoid at all costs. Do not get your medication here do not try and get your medication here they are rude and lack any general motivation to be there let alone care about getting your prescriptions for you.i had to go inside with my infant daughter because they had a sign up saying the drive through was closed and took it down as soon as I went inside. I had multiple pharmacist roll their eyes and tell me I’d have to wait 2-3 days for a medication for my infant daughter with a bad cough. Which if you know when a baby is sick to the point of needing medication, they need it right away. We went to a different location. It was like night and day cvs is not the problem this location is and should be shut down. You can tell the best parts of these people’s day is the power trips they get when they deny people of their needed medication with a smile on their face.

Called the pharmacy three different times and waited on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes each time. Nobody is answering the phone.

I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed in this store. I have shopped CVS for a while, yet when I got to the front to check out, 3 employees were standing at the front, no one said hello or if I needed assistanceThen the cashier places the cashier closed sign in front of me (havingstood in line waiting without saying anything...I then ask if she was closed, she said yes. Unfortunately I had to not purchase my items because I wasn't going to check myself out after having such a rude service. These franchises need to improve because they will lose business
