I make a habit of browsing the store on the way home on a regular basis, as it's the halfway mark to my home.
As of late, I have had people intercepting me at the door, demanding I leave my purse at the door, apparently under the assumption that because I look rumpled I must be casing the place as a shoplifter. One of them apparently was a store manager, based on the tag I saw on her. Another time, I came in with a full shopping cart (I came from a food bank) and was interrogated on whether or not the stuff I had in my cart came from CVS or not. If you have such a problem with shoplifting that you need to interrogate every person that looks poor, you need to look into why there's such a problem with theft in the store.

I’ve been using my local neighborhood cvs for 15+ years and they always are quick to fill my family’s prescriptions and mine. The staff is amazing and very friendly, always helpful.

Wouldn’t fill my sick wife’s prescription without the doctor following up and yelling at them, then promptly closed for lunch. No sense or urgency for people who need care.

The cashier was rude and useless. She was socializing with a friend and wouldn't help anyone during the check out process. Instead she asked her friend to help show me how to check out. RUDE AND USELESS!!! If you can't staff this store properly close the store for good!!

Cvs has cut staff so us as customers now have to wait x2 as long to be taken care of. But also makes the employees stressed out so the customer Service sucks! I spent 15 minutes in the drive threw as the front car, I shouldn't have to press the button a second time after 8 minutes have passed! And the person who rang me up never even spoke a word to me the entire transaction.

The store isn’t in a bad neighborhood but is sure looks like it is. My daughter described it as “the CVS you go to when you want to get assaulted.”

Absolutely ridiculous Like the entire pharmacy closes down during lunch you know what people have lives that they make a special trip during their lunch break to get medication for their children like myself nobody's there and the reception is behind the car is looking at me like haha what are you going to do about it this is garbage they need to have at least one person sit back and at least do what they have to do for the customers who are making a special trip during their lunch breaks
