I reached this pharmacy in the wrong CVS. Gabby went beyond helpful and pleasant even though I called the wrong CVS . She could not have been more customer focused (has a great laugh) . This the "1945 guy"!

Went to pick up Rx and was told not available when I was previously told to pick up at a certain time. Told medication not available. Pharmacist and assistant very unapproachable.

I set up an appointment to get a couple of shots here yesterday evening. Showed up and discovered that I set up the appointment at the wrong CVS store. It was not at the store I was presently at. 100% my fault. The Pharmacy Tech- "Treasure" was very understanding and helpful. She stated that she could fit me in, so I wouldn't have to rush to the other store. And she dud get me taken care of, including giving me the shots. No problems with the shots. Thanks for taking care of me Treasure, I appreciate it.
