Thank You for an Outstanding Immunization Experience
To the CVS Pharmacy Team at Target on State Road 7 in Lake Worth,
I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank your entire team for providing my husband and me with the BEST experience we've ever had when receiving immunizations. We’ve previously used Publix, Walgreens, and other CVS locations, but nothing compares to the efficiency, professionalism, and overall ease we experienced at your pharmacy.
From the simple and convenient online scheduling process to the warm and efficient care we received upon arrival, everything went smoothly. We were especially impressed with the technician who administered our COVID boosters—though unfortunately we didn’t catch her name. She, along with the other staff we interacted with, was absolutely wonderful.
This was our first time using the CVS pharmacy inside Target, and it also happens to be the closest pharmacy to our home. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Call and had a question about a prescription and was hung up on and I was in mid sentence

Worst customer service . They literally are all back there talking about their personal lives while people are waiting to be helped. They will walk past you 100 times before they ask “oh did you have a question or something “ like seriously . Have these immature people handeling our meds is crazy

The pharmacy manager Angela is kind, pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable and so is her staff. They are all pleasant and have excellent customer service skills. If you live in the Lake Worth area between Hypoluxo and Lantana Road and between Jog and State Road 7, CVS Pharmacy in Target on State Road 7 and Lantana Road is the pharmacy for you. This one is highly recommended.

She welcome me with a smile and asked how could she help me. I told her I'm picking up the prescriptions and needed to know where the cold stuff is. She told me with that and my prescriptions with a smile. She knew my husband and asked how he is doing. I thought that was nice.

The Pharmacist on Thursday Morning is the WORST!! He is so Rude! Don't go to this Pharmacy. You are better off at a different location or Walgreens!
