Dr. Mary Scanlon is an exceptional physician known for her kindness and thoroughness. Patients appreciate her attentiveness and the personal touch she brings to each visit, remembering details about their care. Many have been under her care for several years and continue to feel grateful for her support. Dr. Scanlon is very knowledgeable and provides a feeling of hope while being honest about health matters. She guides patients to the right resources when needed. While there have been concerns regarding some phone staff, who have been described as rude and unhelpful, other staff members, like Kim at the front desk, make great efforts to assist patients. Despite any issues, Dr. Scanlon's dedication and positive interactions make her a valued primary physician for many.
It is very rare to find a Dr. that listens to their patients. Over 15 years ago I found one. Dr. Scanlon goes above and beyond for her patients and makes you feel like family. The office is extremely busy and that is the reason.

Dr. Mary Scanlon is amazing and truly cares for her patients. Even after I relocated, I make the 1.5 hour drive to see her because she’s worth it. Great staff as well, who are busy, but still make their best effort to assist where they can.

Dr. Mary Scanlon is very knowledgeable. She gives me a feeling of hope, but she doesn't sugarcoat anything. She'll point you to the right resources, if she feels that something is out of scope of her knowledge. Her office staff seems ok.
