THEY ADD TIPS extra ON YOUR BILL. I called everyday to get an answer and 5 days later no-one called back! The bartender at lunch added a 1 front of my $5.00 tips. I have frustated for having my money stolen. as everyone is. When I called they are always in meetings, no wonder the staff can steal as much they want.

I go to Duffy's in Mission Bay in Boca Raton. We normally have the same waitress Lindsay who always has a smile and a great personality. She is an asset for your company. I hope she is recognized for excellent work.

Port St Lucie West. Horrendous! Waited for server. Then she says, "Sorry I was busy." Then she disappears twice more. All done with dinner before asking if we want another drink. I pay her and she disappears again. Last time we come here!

Don't come to plantation location. Manager and servers drinking in the restaurant on duty. When server drunk she start yelling at customers. I have photos I can send anyone

If I could give a score of zero stars I would. I was scolded by a manager tonight because once again it is too COLD. There is no concern for how the customer feels about the temperature at this restaurant. Continually the staff are told how cold it is & it never seems to matter. The manager feels the restaurant should be cold because they are working but they refuse to acknowledgethat it isn't all about them. I hope you all can survive without the customer. So long, goodbye until you can realize we are people too.

I had asked the “manager” to please turn down the television over my friend and I heads .We couldn’t hear each other and I know I heard your a sports bar but it wouldn’t have hurt to turn down slightly .Then I ordered a burger reg but with bacon and blue cheeseno Lettuce no tomatoe . I was never advised there were up chargesSo same manager comes over and says “you complain every time you are here “you should have read the menu “How bout the waitress should have done her job ??I apologize if I have complained before but its all factsYou would think it would improve so I don’t have to complainI’m sorry but I won’t return to Deerfield duffys manager was just too rude whatever happened to the customer is right or did that go out with millennials ???

Food was very poor quality along with service. Management should train the server’s better, our server had no idea about the menu. Tables were dirty when we arrived and the staff was at the front counter chatting. Just go to this restaurant to watch sports and drink beer as the food is terrible

Waterford Lakes. Continue unhealthy tables. This is a normal problem. However, it made me sick. On the outside. 5 tables with plates still on them and the others needed wiped down. Dog bowl full of white stuff with knats crawling around. The hostess, manager and assistant manager agreed it was disgusting and they would NEVER eat there. The new server on duty named Ireland even agreed. I guess it is normal for her to clean up the mess when she gets in. I reported it to the health board in case anyone else got sick. Again, this a a normal occurrence. However, tonight it was unacceptable This happened on Jan 7 around 5:30 pm. How can this happen? Whose responsibility is it to clean tables? The servers? If so, fire them so you will not get sited by the health board. Obviously the servers know they can get away with this as managers do not go out there. You people should be ashamed of yourselves

My family and I have been Customers since 2011. Today may 17th, we were treated by you general manager Jamie Schreckengost with disrespect. He falsely accused my family and I of coming to the restaurant three times this week and giving him and the staff a hard time. He used a very rude tone with us. These aligations are false. This is the first time we have had such problems. This visit will be our last to this establishment.
