I received a beautiful looking “Mother’s Day Deluxe Celebration Arrangement” from my son and daughter. Do the people who run Edible Arrangements ever taste their fruit that they use? I think not. The strawberries were good enough to eat. The cantaloupe had a few bites that were decent on a few of the slices but you couldn’t eat the whole slice. The pineapple flowers were mostly hard core cut outs with very little good bits around the outer edges. The honeydew slices went right in the garbage. They were totally inedible! Think twice before sending an In-Edibles to someone you love!

A truly horrible delivery experience. The driver instead of knocking politely once and hearing the dog barking and no one coming to the door instead of just leaving what he did was continue to knock loudly and aggressively at least four times. What he didn't know was I had just had total knee replacement surgery.

Presentation is nice but the fruit ( except for the strawberries) wasn’t sweet at all.
Pineapple had absolutely no taste :(
For the money spent I feel like their fruit could be sweeter…

Placed a order this sunday morning and the owner Matt took excellent care of me. I told him my mom wasn't feeling well yesterday and I wanted to make her day and he really put alot of love into the arrangement and even delivered it himself! Now that's 5 star customer service. My mom called me and was crying I'm so happy Matt helped me make my moms day just a little better. Thank you so much Matt and Edible Arrangments for helping create this beautiful experience! I will be using you guys in the future! -Jonathan

Worst experience ever ordered flowers for my Mother birthday she received dead flowers called to inform the company each representative was giving attitude and didn't show any type of sympathy. Then asked if I wanted a refund or flowers delivered the next day. Asked for a refund I would never recommend anyone ordering from this location!

In my opinion it is a very expensive waste of money. I bought the cheapest one and it only had two pineapple flowers. The rest were painted strawberries and when I arrived to give my gift, the strawberries had already lost all their coverage and were melted. I didn't like it.

I placed an order the day before my daughter’s birthday. They delivered it one day late. After speaking to customer service ; I was told there was nothing they could do. I will never use them agin.

I placed an order that never got delivered. I paid extra fee to get it delivered within one hour.I also got no updates from it. I called the store for 30mi a no one answered. I went in person during business hours and it was closed.When you call them and they are not open, the phone call actually says “we are not during business hours” so the store, according to their hours listed on Google and on their store for example, should have been open.

"Wow, what an incredible experience at Edible Arrangements in Lake! Freda went above and beyond to create a stunning fruit arrangement for my friend's birthday. The presentation was flawless and the taste was out of this world! Freda's attention to detail and personalized touch made the gift truly special. I've never tasted fresher fruit and the chocolate dipped strawberries were to die for! Freda's warmth and professionalism made the whole process seamless. The best experience and customer service here.Back story: I placed an order at the West Palm location a week in advance, it’s was 1pm and the online order status did not update from “order received”. I decided to place an online order at the Lake Worth edible arrangements. They created and delivered my order within the couple hours of me placing it! Thank you for the prompt service!
