I placed an order that never got delivered. I paid extra fee to get it delivered within one hour.I also got no updates from it. I called the store for 30mi a no one answered. I went in person during business hours and it was closed.When you call them and they are not open, the phone call actually says “we are not during business hours” so the store, according to their hours listed on Google and on their store for example, should have been open.

"Wow, what an incredible experience at Edible Arrangements in Lake! Freda went above and beyond to create a stunning fruit arrangement for my friend's birthday. The presentation was flawless and the taste was out of this world! Freda's attention to detail and personalized touch made the gift truly special. I've never tasted fresher fruit and the chocolate dipped strawberries were to die for! Freda's warmth and professionalism made the whole process seamless. I'll never go anywhere else for my fruit arrangement needs. 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give Freda and Edible Arrangements 10 stars if I could! ??"

The best experience and customer service here.Back story: I placed an order at the West Palm location a week in advance, it’s was 1pm and the online order status did not update from “order received”. I decided to place an online order at the Lake Worth edible arrangements. They created and delivered my order within the couple hours of me placing it! Thank you for the prompt service!

I just want to say thank you so much for such an amazing experience. The edible arrangement actually got delivered and it was so beautiful; looked so delicious. I was so shocked when it got delivered because previously I had ordered from the West Palm Beach location and it never got delivered and no one ever answered the phone or reached out to me. This just goes to show not all edible arrangements are the same. Thank you!

I placed an order on Tuesday to pick up on Wednesday 11/14 to celebrate my wife's birthday. As the store closes early I sent a driver to pick up my order. Night time when I returned from work I saw that of the two items I purchased, only one was delivered, at that time I was very frustrating because I couldn't call the store anymore as it was already closed. Today (the next day) 11/16 I contacted this company asking them to deliver the other missing item to my wife but the owner or manager refused to deliver and if I wanted I could go to the store and take my order or the second option if I wanted he would cancel it that order, but that's not what I wanted. I said to him that I wanted all my money back for ruined the surprise of my wife birthday, he refused to deliver it to my home again, this man really didn't care about my frustration. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend this store to anyone else.

Customer service from jess was beyond amazing . Would definitely recommend this location to everyone . Fruit taste super fresh and cheesecake bites literally melted in my mouth .

Worst service, i placed an order for my wife’s birthday and i asked to be ready at 8:00am, i went to the store at 7:50 and waited until 8:25 and NOBODY showed up, later that day i went and told the lady the situation, but she doesn't even care, she just said, “Enjoy, have a nice day”

Do not go to this location. Placed an order several days ago for mothers day for several items in person. The person who attended me was having difficulty with her operating system. She then said she could not give me a receipt. I asked her if she was working on Sunday she said yes, and that she'd rememberme. Come in today only one item was quote payed for. Surprise to her that I quick to remind her about our interaction. First and last time I'll buy from these people. Over priced and horrible customer service
