I took a Technics equalizer that had a few issues in, and received it back in perfect shape. They quoted me a 3-5 week turnaround, and I had it back in 2 weeks, nothing to complain about.

This is a niche specialty, and it's hard to find good people who do good work. This facility clearly has both, and at reasonable prices.”

“Mark was the absolute best! My phone was water damaged and wouldn’t turn on, i didn’t have anything backed up and was about to lose all of my stuff and not be able to transfer it to my new phone. Not only did Mark fix my phone, but he did it timely and kept me in the loop with updates the entire time. There was no guessing if/when it would be done he was super transparent on what would happen and all the possible outcomes. At first it was not working when he tried to fix it, but he continued to try and think of outside the box options to get my phone working and he eventually did, even though he was overwhelmingly busy with the holiday! Unfortunately Feels like a lot of businesses these days just want to do something quick, say they can’t help, and then get you out the door but this was not my experience here at all, they genuinely wanted to help me.
