We were hesitant to rent a car from this location after reading the reviews but the location was convenient to where we were staying. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, the car was clean and comfortable and the pick up/drop off were easy.

I have used many locations , but this is by far the best! I am in and out quite quickly, and once I even had an issue that was a bit stressful and the staff and management were absolutely amazing at helping me resolve the problem. I recommend this location over any other in the area!! Thanks guys

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Enterprise Car Rental that left me dissatisfied. Upon arriving to pick up my reserved vehicle, the first one assigned had a malfunctioning display. It was inconvenient and raised concerns about the vehicle's overall condition. The second vehicle I was offered had a bad tire, which added to the frustration. This unexpected issue further delayed my plans and left me questioning the maintenance standards of the rental fleet. I expected a smooth and hassle-free experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It's crucial for rental companies like Enterprise to ensure their vehicles are thoroughly inspected and maintained before renting them out. This experience fell short of my expectations, and I hope others have a more positive encounter with the company.

I recently had the most exceptional experience at Enterprise, and this is coming from someone who has encountered some rather nightmarish situations elsewhere. Nicole truly stands out and deserves not only commendation for her remarkable work and follow-up but also a well-deserved raise/bonus. Her level of service left such a positive impression that I not only remembered her name but could even recognize her voice over the phone. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done!

RUN FROM THIS ENTERPRISEUpdate 12/12 - noticed a mystery $74 charge on my card today from enterprise. When whoever I spoke to last night said there would be no fee if I returned the vehicle last night which I did. So I called, and a woman said she’d look into it, after waiting on hold for 20 min I hung up and called back, this time a man answered and said they’re short staffed so I’d have to wait on hold a minimum of another 25 minutes…after the additional time the woman got on the phone again and said the manager stepped off the property and would call me back in an hour. 2hrs later I received the call. The manager I spoke to is incredibly long winded and fails to answer simple questions accurately. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE. Every single step of this process has been excruciatingly awful.1 star is far too generous for this enterprise. To start when I made the reservation with my insurance company there was a failure to mention a deposit would be needed upon picking up the car. Enterprise had sent me multiple emails with info about the reservation…none mentioned a deposit.Then the rep who got me the rental was extremely pushy about getting enterprise’s insurance. Trying to fear monger me into paying for something I absolutely did not need.2nd the first car they gave me to my surprise did not have a working fuel door. The lever was broken which I didn’t find out until I needed to fuel the car. When I called enterprise for assistance the rep on the phone told me to pry the door open with something. Obviously I refused, because they make it very clear if there’s so much as a scratch on the car I am completely responsible for the cost of repair. He then told me to find someone at the gas station to help. Finally after demanding they send someone to help me, did they oblige. Extremely poor customer service considering this is their malfunctioning vehicle. Only after the 2nd time of the fuel door not working did they offer me a different rental.3rd I received a called tonight at 6:30pm stating that I needed to bring the car in right away tonight preferably and I owed them over $300 unless I came in, in the morning and got them in touch with my insurance company. Why the hell am I being called at 6:30pm??? that is wildly short notice, they had all day to pick up the phone and call and I would’ve had the car fueled, dropped off and given them whatever info they needed. But they choose to call in the night? After business hours? And when the call was disconnected I tried to call back and couldn’t because enterprise isn’t even open at this time???Your customer service is a joke. I will never rent with this enterprise again

Sierra, the office manager, is wonderful. She is customer service oriented. I felt bad for her though when she was verbally attacked by this customer who demanded availability of a rental on a same-day reservation during Thanksgiving week.Wow, Sierra, great job in handling that situation professionally.

After making reservations for a rental car well in advance of my trip the local Enterprise store (Lake Worth) performed much less than stellar.I had reserved a 'Standard' car for two reasons. First, is that the fuel tank is large enough to travel 500+ miles on a fill-up. Secondly, this size of car allows for better legroom for us taller folk.When I arrived, instead of having the 'Standard' size car I reserved and paid for I was presented with their 'Midsize' car, which not only had a limited amount of legroom... but also only got 300+ miles per tank. For my long trip, this required stopping to refill the tank two extra times, adding to the length of my trip.While I think both of these complaints are valid... what was more disturbing is the condition of the vehicle I was given. The car was absolutely filthy. Inside and out! The windows were so dirty that it was difficult to see out of. I was pressed for time but still had to take the car home and clean it before it was suitable to drive.The interior was stained and felt sticky when my skin would contact the surface. I had to clean the inside of the car, as well as the exterior.The representative did not perform a walk-a-round on the car so I had to photo document that that big dents and scratches were already existing. In fact, the rep was ONLY interested in up-selling me on an added insurance policy, to which I had to decline several times.In addition, during the trip I encountered a small rain shower and had to put the wipers to use. They performed awfully. Could not see a thing! Fortunately, the shower lasted only for a couple of moments but had it been a 'real' rain shower I would have had to pull off the road and wait it out.While driving on the interstate at 65-70 miles per hour any time I had to use the brakes the car would do that shimmy thing and start to shake. It felt to me like the brake rotors were well out of round.The positive is that the car was reliable, steered straight (when not braking) and got me there and back safely.I only rent a car 3 -4 times a year and this is the closest and most convenient location for me... but after this last rental experience I am not certain it is the best.

Made a rental van reservation for a family vacation. On day of pickup was called to say van was not available but one would be soon. Never received a call back to pick up the vehicle.Several calls that day did not result in getting any vehicle.Called the next morning and was told to make a new reservation in order to get a car. No van was available so I had to book a small car. Called back immediately after to confirm the reservation and pickup the car. Was told that they are a private company and reserve the right not to rent to any customer they want. And they would not rent to us.What a way to do business.No one should rent from them.

No cars available and no calls back. Day 2: woke up and called Enterprise…told to make a new reservation…reserved an economy car (only car available) on Costco for one day less for nearly same price. Called Enterprise back with new reservation…Enterprise employee said they are a private company and reserve the right not to rent to us. Apparently they have a black list.

We rented a vehicle while mine was at Autonation Collision getting repaired after I was rear-ended. It was a great experience with a new Nissan Kicks. We picked it up on Saturday. My husband dropped it off yesterday and was given a ride to Autonation Collision to pick up my car.

Rented economy car, went in to pick up car and the vehicle that they had was missing a hubcap and the entire rim was damaged and bent. Looked atrocious, wasn't worth paying money to rent a car that was damaged.Very unprofessional, did not offer to fix the situation and instead said we could pay more for a better car.
