I had an incredible experience at Extra Space Storage, Lake Worth thanks to the professionalism and care provided by the storage manager Israel. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and valued. He took the time to understand my needs, explained all my options clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether it was helping me find the perfect unit, answering my questions with patience, or just being available when I needed support, their service was top-tier.

Yoandre was very helpful prompting a five star review recently. However management didn’t see fit to notify customers an elevator has been out of service for a week now. Had I rolled up with a Uhaul instead of a couple small things, I’d have been fuming at the wasted effort. An email should have been sent immediately to anyone with a unit off of the first floor. Rent at your own risk for now. One elevator, out of service. A major (cheap) design flaw.
