Incompetence of the workers who work the evening shift on Mondays.
I came in to request that my package, that was medication, be held at the location so I could pick it up tomorrow morning.
The next day, I come in to pick up my medication, only to be told that it was NOT HELD for me and put on the bus for delivery. Simple, simple task.

Useless. Won’t print their own fedex-issued return labels so we can return an item that was sent to us in error. Not our fault at all and they refuse to make it right.

The fact that all of Palm Beach County, which comprises millions of people is forced to ship animals through one FedEx hub located in Lake Worth near i-95 is absolutely ridiculous. I have to drive over an hour and a half away in good traffic to ship what FedEx has in agreement with their third party shippers to take. I pass multiple FedEx offices and other FedEx places that should be able to take live animals. The only thing I could possibly understand is hazardous materials which live animals are not! They are packaged in the way that is demanded of them so that they do not escape and it is perfectly safe and conceivable for an attendant of any store to take these animals. All FedEx authorized agents should be forced to take all FedEx shipments.
