If you’re going to manipulate your surveys, don’t do it in front of your customers.
Makes no sense to have a cashier attendant loiter around the self check-out and abruptly choose exemplary service on behalf of the customer without their knowledge or permission. Genuinely provide accurate results by creating a welcoming and clean environment to your customers instead of manipulating your numbers to show a better business on paper.

I really like this location. The store seems very organized. Someone’s always around to give you a hand and answer any questions and it was super Christmasy for this time of year which you would expect but between the Christmas music and the wonderful displays it really made it fun to shop!
