Avoid at All Cost
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this phone repair shop was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I walked in, the staff had a terrible attitudeârude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping.
When I finally got my phone back, the repair quality was unbelievably bad. The ânewâ screen they installed was clearly a cheap knockoffâit had dull colors, poor touch response, and even a small gap along the edge. And screen raised up more than before my phone was thicker than how it was . Within a week, the screen started flickering and stopped working completely, I honestly wish I had read the reviews before going here. Save yourself the frustration and moneyâtake your phone somewhere else. This place doesnât deserve even one star.

Avoid this place at all costs. I came in to get my phone screen replaced, and within a week, the new screen started glitching and showing dead pixels. The touch sensitivity was terrible, and it clearly wasn't high-quality part and they blamed me for the issue instead of taking responsibility.
They clearly use cheap, low-grade parts but charge you as if it's premium service. Total waste of money and time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable. Never coming back.

Absolutely terrible experience. I took my phone in for a simple screen replacement, and not only did they take longer than promised, but they also returned my phone with more issues than it had when I dropped it off. The screen was poorly installed and there were new scratches all over my phone. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your phone or your money

Went to gadgetfix to fix my screen. Cesar was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an amazing job and provided me with warranty. I will be going to Gadgetfix for all my phone needs

This place is the worst customer service , my devices have been in here for months and no one answers the call , Cesar the owner has my devices in his possession, I will make a police report and BBB REPORT ON THIS PLACE , donât do any business here .

I attempted to get my iPhone 11 fixed here. I called for the past 2 days during business hours with no answer. And I left a voicemail with no response. I stopped by after work on the 3rd day of attempting to contact someone (during business hours). The door was locked with a note on it from a customer begging for their phone back, followed by a UPS missed shipment notice.
As I was walking to my car to leave, I saw a police officer pull up and knock on all the entrances of this business with no answer. This is clearly not a good place. I will gladly bring my business elsewhere.

LIES - I have an IPhone 11 & as soon as I got home it stopped working completely!!!! Iâve been trying to get a hold of him & he wonât answerâ Mailbox is full! Stopped there several times & not open! Stinky place too
