Never come to this place. The way you are treated is unbelievable. The animals in the zoo have a lot of to teach to the employees at this location. And also I will stop sending donations to goodwill.

Where do I start? This place is a mad house but hidden gems are possible. The customers literally trample you when new bins come out. If you wait till the frenzy is over, you can more peacefully search through the bins, although by then, they’ve usually broken anything fragile. Prices are by the pound. Hard items are worth it at 50 cents a pound. Soft items (clothes and linen) are way overpriced at $3.00 a pound and it adds up quick.
Then there are the random “individually priced” items which are decided by the employee checking you out at the register. Whenever they feel like it, they may decide something you are purchasing will not be weighed, but instead they will invent their own price on the spot for it. For example, I brought a decorative square that hangs on the wall made of rocks (looked like a homemade item) to the register. Before I could place it I the bin to weigh, the cashier said that’s individually priced and said $2. I ended up leaving it. The next day it was still there so I decided I would get it… brought it to the register (different cashier) and this cashier decided it would cost $6. I told her yesterday I was quoted $2 and she just stared at me. I put it back and didn’t buy it. Five minutes later, a guy walks up to the same cashier with the same item, asks how much? And the SAME cashier told him $9.00!!!! They literally make up their own prices and change them from one second to the next. There’s no way to ensure equitable treatment which can really raise questionable practices for potential discriminatory treatment.
On a separate note, I have literally never seen employees of an establishment scream in customers’ faces the way I experienced here. This is NOT an exaggeration. If anything, it’s an understatement. I knew nothing about this place when I walked in. This man SCREAMED at me, to the point where he was spitting on me. “WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? YOU CAN’T BE IN HERE WITH THOSE! WHAT DO YOU WANT? YOU NEED TO GO! YOU CAN’T WEAR THOSE IN HERE! ARE YOU TRYING TO SHOP HERE?” He was pointing at my sandals and the man wouldn’t take a breath. I was trying to tell him I’ve never been here before and wanted to know how it worked and what the rules were, but every time I opened my mouth, I got 2 words out before the man kept yelling in my face like a scolded child. The treatment was honestly so shocking it was almost funny! Literally no one batted an eye. This was completely normal! I almost felt like I was dealing with my toddler throwing a tantrum and just had to wait it out till he was ready to behave like a human! ? Incredibly unusual experience.
This is the norm. Employees scream at customers all day as if herding prisoners. Those that stay are used to it and know that’s just how it works here.
Suffice it to say, enter at your own risk and wear thick skin cause it’s literally as if you’ve walked into a completely different country that is unrecognizable as USA.

Rude. Right as I walked in I was told to leave because I had flip flops on. I asked why and the response was "store rules" when I asked why I was asking why, not if they were the rules or not. Maybe it should be known on the website or even somewhere on the google or maps platform form. Or even on the door. Won't be back don't recommend.

It was dirty and hectic. The staff doesn't care if stuff falls on the floor and breaks and everyone is grabbing stuff. I might go again but it will be a while.

Purchased a Bluebox. Half of the items are so stained they are trash. Rest of the items are old, not "vintage". None are wearable, resale or gift giving items.I feel like it is a scam. They don't care or they would offer refunds.

This goodwill is terrible!.. the staff that works there are miserable, nasty people. They yell and start fights with the coustmers, making it a very unpleasant place to shop.. they charge $3 a pound for clothing for absolute garbage... things are ripped and very very dirty! This place should be reevaluated by the goodwill company and get some new management or something..... no stars!! two thumbs down ? ?????

Won an item in an online auction and they damaged it at the store and shipped it to me DAMAGED. How do I know? Well the original post showed the item fully intact with no damage. Then when I received the item, looks like someone at the store tried to mask the after-I-won-it damage by carelessly putting a piece of tape on it. No way would FedEx have done that!In all future auctions I bid on, I'm 100% going to be sure to filter out this location from my search terms. Despicable of them to do that.

Came here with my wife and kids to thrift and sure enough…as soon as we walk through the door we hear a person yell “no kids!!” from across the store. All eyes turned on us. The woman yelled again, “no kids!” We swiftly exited. We don’t have time for rude people. Don’t go there!

Ordered a blue box and received one from this store .It was horrible, broken pieces, dirty, just thrown in the box.Not worth the money you pay for it.Stop sending out boxes to people, nothing worth anything in the box.Should have sent it back but I figured they would just send to someone else
