THIS IS NOT A GOODYEAR…….. They just except their credit card. I had to go there bc my Goodyear shut down and I had a flat tire and there road hazard plan on my tires. The tow truck dropped my car off sometime around 1:30 PM. I called the place to keep them updated on when the tow truck would be there. The gentleman I was dealing with sounded so bothered by me and me calling to update them. They got the car a little after 1:30 and they finally called me after 6:30 just to tell me NO they are not a Goodyear so if I wanted it fixed under the road hazard I had to take it elsewhere. Which of course I couldn’t cause my tire wasn’t “fixable”. The guy I spoke with was super rude seemed like I was nothing but a bother to him and in the end I had to leave my car over night. I ended up getting tires but I WILL never go back to this location. It was my 1st time ever there and will definitely be my last! How could I ever think they would take care of my car when they couldn’t be bothered with me!!!!!!!

This is NOT a Goodyear depite the big sign. You will not get a free tire repair on your goodyear tires. and do NOT go there on sunday. Acting manager always complain about customer walking in about the amount of tire repairs coming in. Unprofessional.

Stay away from this place at all cost. They make Abba and a 40 thieves look like children. I went to get a tired repaired but they said they couldn't repair because it was all on the sidewall, okay. I took that same Tire to Pep Boys and they repaired it for $29. Goodyear wanted me to buy four new tires for $9oo.00and it was unnecessary. So go anywhere else if you need tires and or tire repair. Was having a massive vibration in my front end, went into Goodyear and Gavion diagnosed the issue immediately. Had a belt separation in my left front tire. Was in a pinch, as I needed the work done quickly, so I wouldn’t lose time of my workday. Got me in right away and an hour and 20 minutes later I was on the road. Thanks, ‘The Tire Choice’! You’ve just gained a new customer!

I needed two new back tires they gave me a great price. I asked Elliot if they do mechanic work? He replied what's wrong, I told him that is was over heating and could be this or that. He said no problem let me take a look. After finding the problem they we prompt to repair it at a great price. ? then to make things even better , my bumper was hanging off after my wife hit a curb stop. To my surprise they repaired that also at no charge . They did above and beyond to make the car repairs affordable and then to fix my bumper ..wow great customer service and great mechanics. Thanks update: I just spoke to Alex the head mechanic. I called them to thank them. Alex was the gentleman that repaired my car but took it to another level by repairing my front bumper. They are great people and professionals. I would recommend Good Year in Lake Worth and Elliot and Alex are the best.Sal Barnetti

I went to the tire choice in Hypoluxo to change the oil and tire.They didn't have a decency to change the oil sticker, just scratched the old mileage and wrote on the the date space. On top of that, they didn't put my tire's cap back and told me that was missing. It was the original Jeep cap.I don remember when I was so mistreated in a place. First and last time that I left my car and my money there.

ILLEGITIMATE, FAILING BUSINESS DESPERATE TO ROB YOU. Knew that I needed a new o2 sensor and exactly which one. Bought the part ahead of time. Told them to replace it. Was sitting outside, didn't take them more than 20 minutes to change it. Still waited there for hours, was told lies about my car and that things had to be done (o2 sensor replacement fixed my problems) was charged $150 for 20 minutes of labor. Told me to give the cash to the guy (total scam) and stated I will use credit card. Guy wasn't happy about that lol. Don't come here...
