We stopped in to look for something to help with our dog’s sensitive stomach. The owner spent about 30 minutes with us walking through the different recommendations and sent us home with tons of free samples to try. The prices are just as good or better than chewy and the selection is amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

The ONLY pet store I use and will continue to use for as long as I have pets. True customer service is hard to come by anymore and this store stands out for going above and beyond. Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and the owner has worked hand in hand with my to help me find a food and supplements to help with my dog's allergies. Home delivery and their ability to procure special order items quickly makes life so easy.

The manager at this location is very arrogant. I had a problem with some things that they sold me and he didn’t want to honor the warranties because of the collars fell apart on me. He finally did. I had to persuade him to do the right thing. Also, since I’m a customer, I stopped by to ask, could I hang one flyer to try to sell my puppies and he told me no they don’t do that kind of stuff but I’ve been patronizing the business for years. With that said, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Best place for dog food, toys and treats! I don't got to petco or petsmart or pet supermarket anymore! The prices are great, I always find everything I'm looking for. The employees are very helpful too. Me and my 3 dogs love this place!

The best pet store in South FL with a friendly & helpful staff. They have a large selection of high quality foods, treats & chews other stores don’t usually carry. Their free delivery in PBC is convenient when I don’t have time to stop by the store, they even make sure all frozen items arrive frozen. Thank you for making shopping so easy!?

I was running late to work with my kids and my dog in tow. I couldn’t find my dog’s leash anywhere this morning…& I knew Jake’s Pet Supply was on my way. I called and explained the situation, asking if there was anyway I could do some kind of curbside transaction. Alex who took my call was SO helpful. He picked out a few leashes based on what I told him I was looking for, brought them out front and was there waiting as I pulled up. He found the perfect one. He allowed me to wait outside while he took my card to finish the transaction. Super helpful & friendly. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! Alex is a major asset to the team.

Everyone was super amazing. we brought our two dogs to the self wash, and both the owner and workers were very helpful of anything we needed. very easy to work with. We used our own products and tools although they have anything you would need. Including towels and tables! Definitely suggest anyone wondering goes and tries it. we definitely will return.

I've been a loyal customer of this pet store for years. Even after relocating to Miami, I never miss an opportunity to swing by when I'm back in the area visiting friends. Their selection is top-tier, tailored to cater to all pets and their individual needs. What continues to impress me, though, is the unbeatable pricing. They manage to offer rates better than any of the big-name stores like Chewy, PetSmart, and the like. The staff remains a standout for their attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine passion for pets. Given all these factors, it's no wonder I keep coming back, regardless of the distance. Hands down, a five-star experience every time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is by far the very best Pet Supply Store I have even gone to and now it got even better. They now have a great selection of MADE IN THE USA PET TOYS. SAFE FROM CHINA TOYS YOUR DOG WILL LOVE AND YOU ARE SAFE SUING MADE IN THE USA V.S MADE IN CHIAN THE HOME OF CHINEESE DRY WALL AND OTEHR TOXINS. Go in the store you will love it and their staff is very well trained and can help with any issues you have plus the food they sell is super healthy choices.
