The environment was great. The two employees that worked on my car were respectful and honest when it came to my car. His was Donte and the other guy I didn’t catch his name but shoutout to him. I came for an oil change and i also had an issue with my car on the bottom something was making noise while the A/C was on, I told the guy the flap need to be tied up or screw on and he went under and checked it for me and he did it for me. Very nice gentleman. I will definitely come back after the experience I had. Thank you employees!

I went there for oil and got other things after all I had my $20 coupons the didn’t want to give to me this is the first time I got denied this coupons the guy didn’t even offer a coupon like other places no more for me

Just came here and got my oil changed the other day. The place was a little busy but they got me in pretty quickly while they're working on my car I went to IHOP across the street (dont recommend, try the latin restaurant behind jiffy) in an hour later guys had my car ready for me. They were knowledgeable and also notified me that I had a minor leak. Definitely coming back for the next change.

Worst experience. $30 of extra charges not discussed when they started the oil change. The groupon only states $9.95 charge plus tax. They threatened to call the police when I questioned them. Corporate this is a real experience. Please respond.

Dante, William, and Chris, serviced my vehicle today. These gentlemen did a fantastic job diagnosing the services that needed done on my vehicle and getting to work immediately. Been here about 5 times and I plan to keep coming back. Zeke is awesome. I had my breaks and rotors done among other things. One time they made a small mistake and ZEKE made sure to make it right. All of the staff is always super nice.

This is my first time going to Jiffy Lube. They were professional, easy to work with, and I am very satisfied. I do have to take my car back for an extra coat on the plastic for my headlights, but I was told it is not a problem. Thank you! Unfortunately, they do not have a warranty on the product that cleans the plastic on your headlights. I paid for a lifetime warranty, and only got it done once. Switch and bait. They did it in FL, but do not offer this service in NJ.
