I had the best service from Ryan today. He’s such a nice guy! I mistakenly sprayed him with water, and he was so nice about it. He answered my questions and just had a great overall attitude about him. He is also energetic. The food was delicious. I haven’t been there in a while, but I will definitely be back again soon.

Consistently good food. Cheeseburger bomb was great I'm hooked on the Italian cod cut deli sub and don't forget the steak bomb. Gotta get the fries too.

If I could give no stars I would!!Been going to this John smiths for a hot min now, but tonight 12/27/23 I ordered my subs (2 Ham subs) the girl who took my order very nice, but it was when o got home that I just felt like it was a hard try, like really I was so upset that I went back to try to see if they could fix me another one or get my money back (it depended on the vibe of the person who came to the window) mind you it was almost a $28 orderPulled up to the window the girl came to the window I opened up the sub (the ham sub with three thin thin slices of meat on each sub) and I asked her in a joking and not hostile voice “ can u tell me what this is, like where is the meat” (with a smile on my face) she said give her a Second so then this guy comes to the window and I’m showing him the sub and he asked me what the problem was and I said where is the meat like I got all the way home got real comfortable to open up my sub with a few slices of meat on it. Majority of the time when I come to John Smith subs The meat falling off of it, but for some reason they were playing so much today forgot to add the meat to my sub so instead of him saying to me, I’m sorry about that. Would you like for me to make you another sub? He’s just like nonchalant and making me upset with every word that came out of his mouth, he closed the sliding glass door while I was still talking. He’s going to tell me that I’m being hostile with him after the fact of him giving me my money back and I said to him if you would have said, would you like for me to make you another sub I would’ve been OK with that before you to come up here with an attitude like you didn’t really care then he goes to tell me that he didn’t make the sub which I know that was a lie because he was the only one back there two girls were cleaning, and one was taking my order , then after all that he was like what would you like for me to make you another sub and I told him if he would have led with that it wouldn’t have gotten this far and then he closed the door in my face like what kind of business are you running , or are you new here? If you don’t wanna do your job then find something else to do. I get off my eight hour shift to go to John Smith to get a sub for my dinner tonight to watch with my movie and everything was ruined all because somebody didn’t want to work tonight , I really wish I could’ve took a picture of it before I gave it back to them but yeah I’m so upset and I really think that I’m gonna take my business elsewhere because that was just rude

The manager needs to learn how to talk to his customers the right way, because he certainly doesn’t know how to communicate properly. I just hope that he doesn’t talk like that to his employees. Very disrespectful the food is all right it’s not even that great.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was in high school my best friend, erica and her mom used to work here. I still come today because it is honestly better than Royal Subs. Also the kids that work here actually put in their work I’ve been to a lot of other advertisements, such as buds, chicken, and seafood, and rarely go simply because of the teenagers and their attitude. I appreciate these young adults that actually try and work hard here at John’s Smith subs.

Some orange haired guy with a pony tail yelled at us to go inside when trying to order at the window..Once inside same orange haired guy yelled to someone on lobby phone “what do you want”we then proceeded to order our food with a nice young lady. She asked during this process if we wanted to eat in or out having a long day we decided to eat in… after ordering the orange hair guy look at our ticket and proceed to yell that they were closing and we had to go?!? This was all around 9:30-9:40 on google it says they close at 11. As we are waiting for our food employees are arguing with each other about our order very rude.
