“We used Grandview Kitchens for a small kitchen renovation. Susanna’s design was fantastic, and the finished product is beautiful—I’m very happy with it.
However, the process was frustrating. A project that was supposed to take six weeks ended up taking over six months, with multiple issues along the way. Mistakes happened, but there was little accountability or proactive customer service. Communication and problem resolution were lacking, which made the experience much more stressful than it should have been.
In the end, the quality of the kitchen is excellent, but the process left a lot to be desired”
