This place is awful! Made me wait while taking people before me and I called ahead! Asked for my daughter and me to have full set then let me sit here over an hour waiting! Afterwards over charged my daughter $60 dollars for hideous nails!!!! And tried getting an attitude with my 11 old daughter! Don’t come here they’re rude and over priced!

I’ve noticed on several occasions the guy upfront ( the owner) doesn’t want to do any brown skin women nails. He sits upfront staring at absolutely nothing like he’s busy. Meanwhile you’re waiting for over 30 minutes. BUT AS SOON AS ANOTHER COLOR COMES IN, HE’S AVAILABLE. All money spends the same. TODAY WAS MY LAST TIME GOING THERE. Do not go here‼️‼️‼️

I just came from this place the guy kept on insisting that I pay up front. He didn’t want to assist me in trying to find the right product they might have it was as if he didn’t want to do my nails. He just kept talking about payment up front . I was real respectful and I didn’t do anything that would give him any attitude but he just didn’t want to be bothered by me. Another white female came and it was a different demeanor from him. If you are a brown skin beautiful queen please don’t go here we need to stand together and remind these people that it’s people that look like me who keeps your business going. # shutitdown #brownisbeauiful

5 STARS to Terry only. Not the establishment or other employees. I go to Terry only. She’s the only person in this place who is kind, pleasant, and caring. She is amazing with my nails. Unfortunately the other staff here are rude to staff and customers. If you come here, only go to Terry. I assure you she will do magic with your nails. The attitude from the other employees is atrocious and quite an unpleasant experience. Mary has been the worst.

This place is horrible. They have no customers service. You walk in Nobody says hi or how are you or welcome . All this say is “HOW CAN I HELP YOU!” They speak to you like you a child doesn’t even have no consideration or care. Esp the short little guy believe is the owner his horrible. I wouldn never recommend no one there not even to get free candy ?

One of lady cut three of fingers nails was not straight and wasn’t cut to what I want had to leave and come back she also lied about cutting me she didn’t understand what I was talking keep saying no no so I politely got up and said I will wait for Theresa the guy sitting here looking STUPID AND NOT HELPING NEVER AGAINService: Nail polish changes

Don't waste your time or money going to Lynne nails. After doing a pedicure for a customer the younger lady who works there told me to head to the back to get my eyebrows done. She walks in and uses a pretty much empty hand sanitizer. So, I asked if she could wash her hands since she just got done doing someone's feet. She gets upset and says she used hand sanitizer. I responded and said it's not the same as water. She kicked me out by saying, "you can just leave then." She's extremely unprofessional. I've been there before (months ago) and she said something racist but covered it up with a subtle tone. And lastly, they only accept cash; it's 2022 and they're going backwards. Just save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is 100% unsanitary. They will do someone’s feet and come straight to your face to wax you without washing their hands. Very unprofessional and ghetto.
