Mathias is amazing!! Here is what I noticed from yesterday's visit to this location. Mathias is very knowledgeable with differentiating the types of mattresses. He is extremely respectful as he treated my Ma and I with amazing respect. He is very patient as I changed my mind last minute on which mattress I wanted. He also has a great sense of humor which is a plus as well because he made us feel extremely comfortable in his store. Mathias, thank you again for everything and my Ma and I really appreciate you!!

Colin and Bruce are knowledgeable and helpful. Our concerns with mattress comfort were heard and we were given several options at different price points. We felt as if they cared about our experience and making sure we are customers in the next 15 years. Now we are looking forward to a comfortable and restful night sleep.

The excellence of the customer service at the store on Okeechobee in West Palm Beach cannot be overstated!After several mishaps, the store manager contacted me MANY times to make sure things were settled in a manner that satisfied me and all promises made to me were kept.I cannot say enough positive things about Mathias and the team he has assembled in this location!I will recommend him and this store to anyone who is in the market place for a new bed!!

Jason, and Colin were exemplary with their service to me and my wife while going through all the mattresses in the store. Answering all our multitude of questions both times we visited the store. We went to other stores and another Matress Firm store, and were not treated as well as the Mission Lakes location. Thank you.

Colin was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Went to mattress firm on Lantana and SR 7. This was the third mattress purchased at Mattress Firm and our best experience yet.Hope the mattress we purchased is as good as Colin’s service!

I needed two mattresses for my twin girls and they only had one in store. However, they called another local store for me and found another in stock. This saved me the $200 delivery fee I would have paid. Thanks to the staff for being so nice!!!
