My dad who is in his late 70’s only uses his phone to make/answer calls the employee tall skinny Spanish decent sold my dad a tablet KNOWING HE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH he went there to pay his bill because he doesn’t like “autopay” and metro has thieves as employees to commit unethical sales practices why keep these guys employed or does metro condone this tactic?? I had customer service on the line she waited while we drove to the location and immediately upon arrival he locked the door and said they’re closed it’s 7:30 you close at 8pm how is this possible? He refused to open up even went as far as to ignore us as we stood there called a different location who said she’s heard of that particular location doing things like this in the community I say all this to say we will be pursuing legal advice Metro nor its employees will get away with this

They are thieves, they add items to the accounts, both tables and home internet equipment, they make and remove without taking into account the opinion or consideration of the customer. I don't know what is going to happen with that store, I wish it didn't exist because it takes advantage of the Latin community that unfortunately is the poorest and most misinformed. They are totally insensitive and abusive if they do an inspection there with clients they are going to turn out very badly, terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location is one of the worst metro pcs I have encountered as soon as I walked in they refused to help me with my phone and told me they cannot help me .and the employees were very rude and unprofessional it seems like they hire teenagers who don’t do their job I have heard so many complaints about this store .

My bill was supposed to be $45. I came in to the metro store at 400 Dixie Highway and they added 3 tablets to my bill and charged me $85 now. They crooked as hell. I'm going in now to have them removed and try to get reimbursed.

I used to pay 95 and now my bill is 135 ? That's doesn't make any sense , people here are stealing.its ridiculous very very very bad, definitely do not recommend coming here at all. DONT COME HERE

I saw with my own eyes these kid that work on the store point the finger to the poor lady that was waiting outside for the store open , was 10:10 am these morning the store was supposed to be open 10:00 amAllready have 5 people on the line that’s when a lady with her daughter around 3 years old contemplated these guy point the middle finger to the lady only Bcz nicely she asked hen hey what time u open ur store it’s Allready 10:10 here says 10 am , when hen and other 2 people staying inside looking us, he point to tue floor that he was waiting to the floor get dry , very lasy kids , so Yong so lasy and so rude,Why he don’t get a dry map and dry fast , the floor does t look like wet at all , they just lady people and rude as can be when the customer is priority, the lady was late for dropOff her kid on the day care , I feel so sorry for her a Spanish lady that don’t speak English at all . Ive heard customers from this metro have to get help from other metro locations because of the fraudulent activity in this one please do not come here they will threaten to call the police if you don’t pay certain lines for tablets you didnt even pay for it happened to me today, avoid at all costs other metro locations also confirm that this certain one is sketchy and steals your money.
