Usually metric is good deals, but this place didn't. I find the Metro on lake horse and jog road much better with a lot better deals, also didn't like the phone I got from this place.

Don't go to this place anymore. Excessive prices. I paid $950 for samsung s21 fe. Call customer service, the price is $699 and the jog road meter was $599, so here they only want to take advantage of the countrymen, I will never let my friends know this message here again. Customer service left them a reply and I have proof of receipt

I have been in this Metro for years, for me it is a place where they respect and always care about helping their clients, having a solution for whatever you need.
Very professional, attentive and friendly staff.
I recommend this establishment 100%.

"Do not take your trade ins here at all" as they can just not accept them just cause they feel like it or to show some kind of upper ego "look what i can do" ordeal. While the phone was perfectly fine no screen damage, no water damage, no scratches.the phone did had a very minute pittin just on a corner I mean you need magnifying glasses to really look at this.This was funny, I handed the phone to one guy. The guy looks at it and says your all good your eligible for a trade in, only for him to take it to his "upper man" to then he says nah it cannot be traded due to a very minute pitting i mean the first guy comes back surprised and hands the phone back. I turned around and went to another T mobil were they were happy to take my trade in and processed with no hiccups just a quick glance at the phone and that was it. Listen ,I've been a customer for many years and to find this peculiar ( congress & 10th ave ) joint just not wanting to make sales at any given time or just because they feel like is very unprofessional, inexperienced and just plain Lazy. Avoid male figures in the mornings of Saturdays & Sundays or just avoid this place all together.

I finally came to the store to see if I can pick up a IPhone 11 Charger because when I purchased the phone the charger it came with wasn’t in stock that day. It has been a while since that day and I finally had time to return and pick it up and I’m told I need a receipt of my purchase of the phone. I was told to return and now I have to $30+ dollars for a charger that was supposed to come with the phone.
