I believe that Jessica is the new manager at your lake Worth branch. I just want to say that she is a breath of fresh air. She is polite and efficient and very charming to deal with. She is busy lady and attending to customers with unflappable efficiency. How do I know, its because I run a customer service type of company and efficiency makes me my living. I am a regular customer with my Mercedes GLS 350 and I have just purchased new tires and the experience was painless. She's a keeper in your company and the best decision you made to install her as your new manager.

Don't normally do this but gotta make a exception here I got totally ripped off by this place 400 bucks ripped off came in for a issue with my horn blaring on it's own they couldn't figure the problem out which should have been simple then I said ok since you can't figure out the problem just disconnect the horn the guy in there Jordan says ok no problem then I have them check my AC they quoted me a crazy 8 to 900 to fix it so I say no to that but just for checking everything out and not doing a single thing I get charged 400 dollars and by the way they never ACTUALLY disconnected my horn after I go in and pay like a Sucker with the manager and Jordan smiling like we got this dumbass!!!! ? a few days later my horn starts blaring again out of nowhere and I got angry people on the road going crazy on me well MIDAS has lost me as a customer their shady and just want the money ? I learned a valuable lesson here and in the end I believe in Karma coming back on people and businesses.
