I paid over 300$ for a poster that started peeling a week later, owner said he’d redo in few days, few days of excuses why it wasn’t ready then owner promised to hand deliver and never saw my poster !!!!

I needed several street signs printed same day for an event we had early the next day. Not only did they get the job done but they even had it delivered. The staff was so accommodating and made the whole process seamless. The signs looked amazing, and it was ready in no time. I can't thank them enough!

With so many other options in the area, you may want to take your business elsewhere. i came to Minuteman in lake worth. for a fast order they make you pay in advance (no problem). The communication from the start through emails after sending the logo was extremely poor. They don't reply back to your emails. So you have to make extra time in your day to call them to ensure they received it. I came to order 2 magnets and 6 t-shirts on Thursday, September 19th. I was informed that the order would be ready by the following Tuesday. Nope, it wasn't ready on that day. Only the magnets were ready, but you have to call to find that out!. A few days later i called to see if the tshirsts were ready, they told me yes so i drove 30 minutes . Surprised, the logo was printed incorrectly. So The guy at the store told me that the correct logo would be ready on Thursday. But nope you make extra time to call again on Thursday before driving 30 minutes, but they informed you that they were not ready. Again!!! Now i have to wait until next Tuesday. I spent a significant amount of money to have my employees work without my company's shirts for THREE WEEKS!!!!!. Let's hope they have this order ready by Tuesday as promised. Horrible company to work with.

My experience in created custom banners and business card was great because they are will to seat down with you and custom design to your desire. My mom went to minuteman press in attempts to have a service done. She paid over $50 up front for the requested service. The gentleman that worked there by the name of Aubrey told her to come back at 3pm and a sample would be available. We were busy that afternoon so we returned the following morning. When we returned he didn’t even know the service that was requested. Even with the receipt he provided us he did not know. Once I explained to him what it was for he remembered and requested we return at 3pm again. Again, we have obligations at this time and could not return. We then returned the following morning and to Aubrey’s reply he said he could not find the attachment needed for print so this still had yet to be completed. Keep in mind he has a phone number that if he could not find it he could’ve easily called and asked to resend the attachment. Finally I provided the attachment for a second time and he assured me a sample would be ready for 3 pm that day. Again we could not return at that time due to obligations. On this day it was a Friday so we had to wait all weekend till Monday to pick up the sample. Returned on Monday morning and the sample was still not ready. Once my mom asked for a refund she was told that they do not carry cash in the store and she would have to wait for the receptionist to go to the bank to get the funds. She patiently waited for over 35 minutes to have her refund processed. I don’t know if the service requested wasn’t lucrative enough for upstanding service or if this is just normal work ethics for this location but it was very dissatisfying and very frustrating dealing with this company. If you are looking for a prompt service I would not recommend this company.
