I came in at 6:45 to get my nails done on a Saturday and they close at 8 PM. I was told that they were closing soon. Go somewhere else that actually values your business.

Please save yourself some time and money and do not go to this place. The guy did not know what he was doing at all to the point where I had to be coaching him. I wanted French and it was so terrible I just got up and left in tears. Even the other girls inside was gossiping abt him always messing up people nails. He left me seated and went to do someone else nail without communicating who was going to finish my toes.

The place closes at 5. I came in at 3:30, she said they are about to close. I stated you close at 5, and all I need is a repair on 2 nails. She said sorry I can’t take you with a rude attitude and it’s was obvious she did not want to serve as her tone was hasty and annoyed. I do not recommend this place.

I probably had the best nail technician that I’ve ever had in my 37 years of life. I had Carolina I believe her name was and she is absolutely amazing. She took her time, very attentive and great attention to detail, she did every step that a nail technician should do but in my experience so many of them skip it cut corners. I also came towards the end of the day and was the last one to leave. A lot of times, people who have worked all day don’t do their best because they are fatigued and want to get done with their shift which I don’t blame them especially nail technicians. However, Carolina still took her time and made sure she did a good job! Everyone working there was so nice :) I think I found my forever place to get my nails done and definitely will be going back and requesting Carolina :) I highly recommend this salon and Carolina !!

Literally the worst nail salon in my life. The owner is the rudest lady ever. Please don’t come here literally go to any other salon in the area. They denied me a service for no reason saying they don’t offer it when its on their price list and i literally came and got the service 2 weeks ago. she called me a liar and said i never did. i tried to explain to her i have proof cus i have the bank statement and she told me to go back where i came from

I went in for french tips, and my nails came out absolutely horrible you can literally see my real nail through the acrylic, it looked like some clear poly gel. the nail tech was overall very nice. DO NOT GO HERE. when I came in to get them redone the next day they charged me $27 after paying $63 for a bad french tips which didn't make any sense when they messed up on there part. Definitely will not be coming here again, Nails do not come out good at all.

My only complaint is when I get my gel nails, I have to put my hands in the the little infra-red light box to dry. It doesn't appear to be wiped down regularly on the outside and I can feel residue on the inside. I would think that box should be cleaned between each customer.

Worst place ever! I had a pedicure with acrylic on the toes for $70.00. A day later the big toe nail and the third toe nail came half way off with blood. I went back to get them fix Nini the name of the lady that I spoke with told me to come back in a few days after they healed. When I went back after they healed she wanted to charge me for the same 2 nails that she originally told me to come back for. She argued back and forth with me, I raised hell in front of the other customers in the shop then she finally fix them for free. I had to scream on top of my lungs to get her to fix them. I advise not to there for nails services.Service: Nail extensions

It's a super nice place, I travel once a month from Hialeah to West Palm because I really like how they do eyebrows, every time I go I leave very happy with their work!!
