Went today to drop off three amazon returns. Jason attended to me and was extremely professional, he helped me bc i didnt know what to do to adhere three labels to three boxes and if i had to cross things out or scribble out old labels snd he helped me pack them up and label them to assure that they were good to go. He was a very kind person and extended his professionalism to me by assisting me. Thanks so much jason! I was there around 3 pm today, 09/22/2025. I had on a green shirt with stitch in case you are his boss want to review his job well done on camera!

I had a great experience at Pak Mail! I came in to ship out a box and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and really went above and beyond to meet my needs. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future shipping!

I had an exceptional experience renting a U-Haul from Pak Mail. The staff was friendly and professional, guiding me through the rental process with ease and the online reservation was self explanatory.The U-Haul vehicle was in excellent condition and equipped with all the necessary features. Absolute worst customer service the guy that owns this is totally rude I went down the street they were a dream he’s horrible he’s not friendly he tries to get you to buy things you don’t need go anywhere else but this location

Their hours on every website say they close at 6pm, last pickup at 5:30pm to send FedEx.
Got there at 5:15pm or so, and the posted hours say they close at 5pm, and last pickup at 4pm.
Waste of time and gas.
Went to Ofice Depot to ship, and I was in and out.

the worst told me put in reservation has a truck coming back at 2pm i had used him 7 previous times couple of hiccups but this was the worst said he would call me when truck came back in it was 2 hours away instead he cancelled my order left me waiting for 2 half hours then I spent 2 hours on call with customer service, he is rude and can care less about loyal customers i will never use U-Haul again. They did nothing to compensate they advertise $50 off reservation issue

The absolute rudest nasty human and vile customer service. I was simply asking questions as to why I couldn’t ship a particular package and he replied I’m done answering you. When I told him this was the worst customer service he decided to call me derogatory names. Highly advise never to use this place for any business.

These are their posted hours on their door, not what they list on every website. Don't waste your time and gas, like I did. Their open sign was lit when it was close, as well, so from the car, it looks open. Very unprofessional.
