I called first spoke with Pat let me just say he assisted me over the phone in the highest level of professionalism I have ever experienced over the phone. I made an appointment to have my AC checked. It happened to be cold that morning and I told them it wasn’t doing what it was the day before they said they wouldn’t be able to check it anyway with it being 60 degrees with a snarl and rolled eyes (like I should know this) They were so rude and dismissive I left and I’ll certainly not return.

Awful customer service, the guy at the front desk treats people bad not only the customers but also the other employees, speaking in a very unprofessional and unkind manner. If he doesn’t want to be there, or if he is overwhelmed with his duties because they have become to much for him to handle it’s best if he gets proper training or goes home! I ended up taking my business somewhere else.

Very rude customer service lost a customer who gets service 1 to 2 times per month. I asked about an oil change over the phone as soon as I arrived I spoke to gentleman who I was on phone with first thing out of his mouth was "So".....you won't earn business with this kind of employees

It was more expensive than the dealership to get an oil change. Actually, it was more expensive than anywhere else. Jiffy lube,Schumacher VW, Valvoline,by around $30. I brought the car at 10m Monday morning. I sat for 2 hours because they had no oul filter and had to wait on it. I noticed the tires weren't rotated, which is included in the price, so I asked the mechanic and was told, "He didn't rotate the tires cause the car needed a wheel alignment " I was in a rush so instead of asking what a wheel alignment has to do with rotating the tires. I left and figured I would return another day. When I returned, I was told they couldn't rotate the tires because the front right tire was worn. Since it's a front wheel drive car, I told him "yeah I want the good tires in front so I have better control and more tread foe handling in the rain" I was told that due to Pep boys policy they won't rotate the tires because putting the worn one in the back would take away from my handling?" I've had 5 front wheel drive cars in my life, and I had never known handling in a front wheel drive car comes from the back? For $143 to do an oil change, the least they could have done was %rotate the tires. Most expensive and worse service.

The mechanics at Pep Boys are very experienced, and the prices are fair--a lot lower than a deal would charge. And they are if you are satisfied with the work.

The service staff at Pep Boys - especially Pat - was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I appreciate the Lyft home and back so I didn't have to wait there all afternoon! I feel completely confident my new tires will keep me safe on the road. Thanks for the great service!

Service Advisor claimed I didn’t have an appointment and once he realized I did, he said he didn't have my tires. At first he was not going to honor my appointment until I asked him how can that be - I had an appointment and then he found the tires. Disappointing and discounted me because of my age. Rude and I won’t be going there again.
