This is probably one of the most knowledgeable pet store owners I’ve ever spoken to he did not give me any BS about what food my dog to eat he gave me straight facts the crazy thing about it is I didn’t even buy food from him he was just so open to sharing knowledge which is great Highly recommend him

They are selling sick turtles. Got one and within 24 hours it was dead. I took it to the store and they just told me to pick another one while they threw the sick turtle to swim with the others. I was able to observe multiple sick turtles swimming in the tank. For those who don't know eye infection in turtles is highly contagious and will lead to death. Is a shame that they are treating such beautiful animals in this way. Also, the replacement I got is currently dying. Absolutely not recommended.

My daughter received a small pet for Christmas. The day after, while shopping at Ross I saw this pet store and decided to stop in since she also received some cash and wanted to get toys and other items for her new baby. We walked in and saw a young lady standing behind the cash register. She at 1st said nothing to us, but as we were starting to walk past the register she said "let me know if u need something because we close in one minute". I replied, "oh your closing in one minute?", to which she then made an 'Im sorry' face and said "yeah". So I turned around and loudly told my baby girl "come on baby, we'll go buy him stuff from another pet store". The girl said nothing else and as we left I heard her lock the door. I worked a few years in retail management and I found this extremely unprofessional for a sales associate. I won't be returning and recommend that you educate your staff on remembering its their job to bring in business and not rush it out/away as well as drilling into them the proper way to welcome customers. Maybe you should only have managers closing the store since they may be more invested in your company and its growth? It would have made a huge difference if she would have welcomed us first, asked if we were looking for something particular, and then after a minute or so she could have mentioned closing time.

Hour and a half wait even though I had an appointment. Shortstaffed and chaotic. Phlebotomist was very nice but both waiting rooms were full of patients. After you get through the first waiting room you are ushered into another waiting room where you wait and wait...

I made a 7:30 a.m. appointment for getting bloodwork that required fasting beforehand. I made the appointment online a couple of weeks ago, selecting the earliest date with the earliest appointment time (through the calendar feature, where I can see a whole month at a time), as my bloodwork is routine and could wait til the most ideal time. I have an online Quest account from previous work, which is handy for confirming and changing appointments as well as storing my past results in my online account. This Quest location is in the shopping plaza on the southwest corner of Congress Avenue and Lake Worth Road, shared by an Aldi, Dollar Tree and Ross. I signed in using one of two tablets next to the check in window, and within a couple of minutes, I was called into the back room. The person who checked me in already had my prescription in their computer, and all they needed was my credit card for future payment. This process was painless and breezy. I sat down after this in the 'inner' waiting room chairs and almost immediately was called to get my bloodwork taken. The person who called my name had to explain to another person in that waiting area why I was being called before them ('she has an appointment!). The friendly person who drew my blood was efficient and her banter about an upcoming plane trip was perfect for taking my mind off the task. She welcomed me with something about this morning being wonderful, and I appreciated her sunshine-y beginning. The blood-draw was relatively painless and certainly memorable... for its brevity! I returned to my car literally 10 minutes after my appointment time. Thank you to the staff for respecting my appointment time and getting me in and out so quickly. You are setting the bar high!
