I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the gym floor and the staffs friendly manner. I really like the new girl. They always say hello and with the look in their eyes I know they mean it. This is my favorite location. I love coming in around midnight, the workers are super sweet and they keep the machines shining.

My fitness journey began after being broken. People like Carlos, the manager, have helped me rebuild my life in such monumental ways. Sometimes people don’t see internal scars but when they spread love and understanding it provides the most healing. I thank god for being able to meet Carlos today.
