My experience with Marcus waters was the most unprofessional interaction I have experienced in any banking branch ever.Setting an appointment and ensuring you are upholding a time frame is standard for branch managemnt expectation. He had my daughter, her newborn baby and myself sitting for over an hour for a deaignated time in which he chosre for us to meet with him. Pnc is my bank for over 25 years and I am emabarrased to think this is the representation.

Customer service completely went out the window at this PNC branch. Definitely switching banks ASAP.

Branch manager, Marcus Waters was extremely rude and unprofessional. We’ve called twice to make an appointment to come in to add a signer to business account. We were told we would get a call back that day and never did so we showed up to the branch 4 days later and sat in the lobby to be helped. The manager told us he could not help us (because he had other appointments that day)even though we were the only people waiting in the lobby. We tried to explain our situation and why we had to show up because a lack of communication on their end. He was very dismissive and rude.

I don't even know who is the manager. However they do try to take care your banking needs. I am waiting for the return of the free coffee.

I have been a PNC customer for more than ten years. This is the worst PNC branch I have been to by far. I went in to request a Debit Card for my son. I noticed the manager sitting in his office while the lobby was full of clients. No one came to greet us. After almost 1/2 hour, he came out of the office and said, “do you have an appointment?” I said no, I didn't know that I needed one. He said, “well, I don't have any bankers to help you with that right now. “ This is disappointing since I know, based on my other good interactions with PNC, that the manager can do it. I felt disrespected and not valued as a customer. This is not a corner cashier place; this is supposed to be a bank where professionalism is expected.

Fire Gina already. What a tool.

Gina is clueless, less than helpful, and is happy to go out of her way to make up rules that don't apply to any other PNC in the country except Lantana and Jog to make someone's day more difficult.

This is the worst PNC branch I have been to by far. I went in to change my name as I got married, provided all proper paperwork, and they deactivated my debit card. Then they told me they couldn't give me a new one. So I had no debit card. Later that night I found out they changed my name incorrectly. I had to go to a different branch and have my name fixed. Still could not get a debit card. I am going on almost two weeks without a debit card, finally got one in the mail, and I'm now told that this branch also deactivated my PIN number so even though I have a debit card I can't use it. The manager Sandra was zero help at all, just "she's sorry." I filed a complaint with the corporate escalation department and even they said they have never seen anything like this before from any branch. Go somewhere else. Or better, don't use PNC. I'm probably pulling my accounts after this and even the complaint department told me they don't blame me for going to another bank after this insane experience.

We got to this branch at 4:46 PM on a Thursday when the bank does not close until 5:00 PM as stated on the front door. An employee was at the door and she looked at us. We asked through the door if they were closed and she shook her head yes and locked the door. She locked the door right in our faces when clearly it wasn't time to close yet. Very unprofessional and I'm disappointed as a PNC customer.
