“This is my local post office, and it’s a pretty busy one for the area; one which I can actually walk to. I sell items on a few online platforms (eBay, Poshmark, etc) so I’m a regular customer at this USPS. They always take care of me quickly and even recognize me. If they’re dealing with another customer with a complicated situation, they’ll even call me over and scan my label (I print my own) and give me my receipt (I need it for tracking) all within 30 seconds and it doesn’t interfere with any other customers they’re helping. I appreciate all of the workers at this location! (Especially the girl who usually works at the middle window.) ✌️”
“I go here almost everyday after work at around 5:30 PM to drop off and label scan my packages - USPS staff there are very nice, helpful and funny to talk with and always enjoy being there.”
“This is a great alternative to the busy Boynton Beach Post Office. A friendly and helpful staff. Clean, neat and friendly. The place is small, but rarely overcrowded and easy in and out. Can't easily see from the street as is behind Publix and near the new library. Has been my go to for over 2 years now.”

“The Downtown Boynton Beach Post Office deserves major credit for how well it’s run. Every time I stop in, the building is clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and polite, and they go out of their way to help with anything you need—whether it’s mailing a package, buying stamps, or answering questions.
What stands out most is how fast and efficient they are. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly because the employees genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly. It’s refreshing to visit a post office where the team is both helpful and professional.
Overall, this is one of the best post office experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend the Downtown Boynton Beach location!”

“I drive 40 minutes out of my way specifically to come to this post office for Bow Tie Joe! He is truly phenomenal at his job and exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter when you’re mailing something important.
Joe always has a positive attitude, is incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door. What really sets him apart is the amount of pride he takes in his work. Unfortunately, I’ve had experiences at other post offices where employees have given me incorrect information, mishandled something, or simply didn’t seem to care about getting it right. Joe is the complete opposite. He pays attention to the details, knows what he’s doing, and takes personal accountability for making sure things are handled correctly.
When you’re mailing something important—especially something like wedding invitations, baby shower invitations, or anything sentimental—you want someone behind the counter who actually cares about what happens to it. Bow Tie Joe is that person.
He is an absolute asset to the USPS, and this location is incredibly lucky to have him. There is a reason I’m willing to drive 40 minutes just to see him. Bow Tie Joe deserves all the recognition!”
