I enjoy the Presidente Supermarket because it has great prices and delicious ready to eat food. If you're like me who enjoys Spanish home cooked meals but don't like to cook, this is the place to come. Oh and let's not forget about the fresh meat!! I always buy my meat here! Can't beat the great prices and fresh quality.

I purchase a ticket on Wednesday but realized that I didn't received it when I got home . I made several phone calls to the number provided on the receipt but no one answered . On Saturday I bought the reciept in and explained that I didn't get the ticket I paid for but the manager flatly refused to give back my money or the item that was legally mine. She never check to verify but told me no. A customer waiting in line saw what was going on and gave me back the money I paid for the ticket These workers barely speak or comprehend English . I ask for coperate number but was told it's privately owned by a Spanish guy so they don't have any number to give me to complain. This place is violation State laws and need to be checked out

It's a large store with a good variety catering to mainly Hispanic and Caribbean cultures. Prices are not really cheaper compared to Walmart, Aldi, etc, some items are even a lot more expensive. However some items in weekly flyer are discounted and is a good deal to buy.

You can find ingredients for soul food cooking in the meat department that are difficult to find in your traditional supermarkets.

Not clean, staff is not customer friendly, produce was not fresh, and there definitely were not enough carts.

This store STANK to high heaven even from the parking lot. I would have probably turned around and went back to my car, but the promise of .79/lb bell peppers kept me going. When I reached the produce section I was disgusted. The red bell peppers reminded me of what one might feed to farm animals rather than what is considered safe for human consumption. I decided to press on through the store and the smell (maybe rotten seafood?) got worse as I approached the meat and deli departments. I remembered that there was also a sale on chicken breast as I approached the meat coolers, but I couldn't bring myself to even look considering the smell and the look of the produce department. I ended up grabbing a few boxes of cereal and milk and getting the hell out of there. Though I wouldn't say the cashier was "unpleasant" she didn't greet me, tell me my total, or even say goodbye. I'm dead serious here--the smell of the store lingered in my nostrils for close to 5 minutes as I drove away. I don't know if other locations are better, but I'm never returning to this store and will think twice before visiting any Presidente in the near future.

If there was a rating below 1 star I would prefer. Mita, the cashier was rude and unfriendly on the worst level. I'm the consumer attributing to her getting a paycheck. Wow

I like a different way of looking at food shopping then the normal chain brands. Presidente offers a different experience

I don't like the way supervisors treat employees; even in the presence of customers.

Security guard had disgusting behavior. As soon as we walked in he starred down my mother and told her she couldn’t bring in her insulated cooler bag for groceries. Your allowed to use them at Publix, Walmart or any other grocery store on planet earth. Don’t know what his problem was but they shouldn’t hire negative people like that, it’s bad for business.

Are you from the Caribbean? Do you like food from the Caribbean? Then this is the store for you. I found items in the store that I haven't seen in many years and certainly not in a lot of the Americanized stores. My one big disappointment is the pricing. While there are some items that you can get a good deal on it is my opinion that many items are overpriced. I wonder why that is? They have a very nice selection of vegetables and fruits. I thought the fish section was as good as any fishmonger store you can find. I also noticed that you can buy many items in bulk such as a beans and rice. I wish their shopping carts weren't so large because it made it very difficult in the narrow Isles to pass.

Has very good variety of Caribbean and Latin American supermarket items. Not as complete as some shops but still good variety
