Just rented a storage unit at this location. Kim assisted me today and helped me move to another unit, and she took me to look at several other spots and even took me to a different location. Kim went above and beyond what i have ever experienced in renting a storage unit or any other customer service issues. Was pleasant, funny and super accomodating. I wish more people were like her !! Thanks again Kim.

I am a local business owner, interested in storing some of my more important materials and equipment in the climate controlled facility. I went by the self storage on Lake Worth Road just west of the train tracks and was astonished at how helpful the lady was there I believe her name was Ty. Unbelievable showed me several places, was happy to help and super intuitive to my needs. Her demeanor was eager to help, and find a solution. Rather than to just pass me off to the next. I would absolutely recommend her 100x over. Whoever owns this place you've got a gem of an employee!
Above and beyond. She definitely needs a raise.
I don't write many reviews but the ones I do are definitely worth the time I took to write them.

Roof leaks into your storage unit. The insurance does not pay out for damages unless you have ORIGINAL receipts for ALL ITEMS and pictures PRIOR to damage to prove damage?!!!!
