Val was the best! She made move in so easy. Excellent communication and complete understanding of the entire process made me very comfortable with the rental. Highly recommend this business. My unit was clean and waiting for me. Easy to access yard and unit. Security cameras were visible and worked well. Monitors visible in office. Overall very clean. Probably the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever used.

Wow. Val was soooo very nice and even enjoyed are stroll to the storage unit. A very easy and enjoyable experience. I had accidentally rented too small a unit but Val made the change so very easy. She is a “Keeper”.

Rented storage today, b/c we just moved here and have too much stuff. Raneisha was just wonderful, helped us through some complicated stuff and got us a good rate!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Val the manager of this location 4390 Hypoluxo Rd. She was extremely helpful and helped me work through the system to find the best unit. She made me feel comfortable enough I rented without seeing the unit. I was not disappointed at all and her trustworthy approach made the whole experience that much better. I have to add that I have been a customer of Public Storage for well over 20 years and I’ve never had this type of customer service. Looking forward to my new location.
