I had an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Sandrine and Saran at Public Storage! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Sandrine was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every detail clearly. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the right unit for my needs and made me feel completely confident in my decision. It's rare to come across someone so professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. Both of these ladies are a true asset to Public Storage, and I can’t thank her enough for their exceptional service!

This is a lengthy review so let me summarize here: 1. This establishment has disrespectful employees that will lock you in at 9 PM and refuse to help despite being on the premises and having the ability to open the gate and 2. All elevators are unsafe, the licenses have been expired since 2022. This review is dated July 20th, 2025. (images are attached).
My family and I finished packing up our truck at 9:45 PM and attempted to leave the property right after. We could not get out, despite entering my code and calling the property manager multiple times. There was no announcement made via intercom/speaker stating the property would be closing at 9 PM, nor were we notified by any employees on site. Furthermore, there are no signs clearly stating the opening hours (see pictures of loading area below, do you see any sign clearly stating the hours?) This would have been really helpful.
I understand that it is my fault for not understanding the closing hours, but what I will not accept is the mistreatment that me and my family received as we were attempting to leave.
After we could not get in contact with the property owner or any member of the Public Storage staff, we saw that the front office lights were on and there was a car parked outside. However, we even knocked on the doors to get the employees attention, but could not get anyone’s assistance.
We were forced to call 911 after being forcefully held on your property. The police were in the process of sending someone out to help when an employee exited the front office finally.
She came out stating that we should be aware that they close at 9 PM and that was it. I’m not sure if this employee is the person responsible for letting customers know when the property is closing and for surveying the premises for any people/vehicles still on site, but she never did so.
Nonetheless, she entered a code and opened the “entrance” gate, forcing me to reverse my U-Haul truck from the exit gate, then turn to leave through the entrance gate. The entrance gate then closed before the vehicle accompanying me with my family members could exit. My family honked to get her attention as she walked away. She clearly saw that the vehicle was locked in once again, she clearly knew that the two vehicles were both trying to exit as we are one family, but still, she went back into office and ignored our pleas to leave. This was blatant and uncalled for, I am appalled at how disrespectful this employee is. Please answer for me what the purpose of this behavior is? Why would she lock us in after ignoring us? We’re done with our business and should no longer be on the premises, so this obviously did not make sense. We knocked on the doors once again and she did not come back out. I am disgusted by how she treated us. We ended up having to wait another 30 minutes for the police to come and let us out. They also attempted to reach her, but she ignored them as well. Ignoring an officer? Is that the standard that you hold your employees to?
I’d also like to mention that the safety inspection report for both elevators are expired from the year of 2022, and while this may not have an relevance to the situation mentioned prior, it is certainly a testament to the poor management of this facility.
I am so disappointed and will never recommend this facility to anyone. I am relieved that I am ending my contract with your company and will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. Your employees should not be allowed to do as they please, neglect their responsibilities and treat paying customers this way.

Person to left of me had 3 propane tanks up against my divider
Person to right made the unit a residence . My unit latch was so wide from closure anyone could push right thru even though lock was on . Manager said i should buy a chain to close the gate .

Called to inform front office that this Rottie has been in this facility day after day with these 2 gentleman. They do have a service dog policy which is absolutely amazing but I’m concern with the treatment of the dog being someone who works with dogs. I’ve watched this dog be yanked and pulled to where the paws come off the ground. Also walking around in 90+ degree weather. Just hoping someone at this location can look into it. Service dog policy or not, the dog is on the property as if they are living at the facility. I’m just need the dog to be safe.
