Very nice, clean and modern. Good for short term storage. I moved in and paid between 60-70 for a 5x10. Gradualy over the years they raised the price little by little untill they had me at 190 per month for the same unit. So it was time to go. I'm currently paying 50 a month for the same size unit at a different facility. Hoping to keep that rate for as long as possible.

I recommend more carts for this public storage unit since there are two buildings with multiple levels each or better oversight of the usage of the carts.
I came to the unit at 7pm on a Saturday night and ONE other customer was using ALL carts. They had their belongings just loaded up sitting on top of them and one was being used to hold open the to the facility door. The door where you need to enter your code in to get to the elevator. I had a lot of things and didn’t want to make 20 trips up and down to use the facility. I left and came back a little later and saw they were still using all of them and another customer was carrying his mattress piece by piece on his back due to no carts.

Veronica is the nicest person I have ever met. She was so helpful and heartwarming with my experience. She made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in the building. A genuine soul. She is the reason I will never move my unit.

Went to the State Rd.7 office in Wellington where I was helped by
Veronica. She was great and very courteous and made my experience at Public Storge productive and posiitive.

Loaded our entire car of things we were going to store and then planned on retrieving some holiday decor. Get to the facility and the door sign says that the door to enter is broken so no entry. We call and are passed around to four different people - no one can help us and not a soul on site. We were told we were getting connected with property manager but it certainly wasn’t. His response was “well that’s a real dilemma.” Ended up loading back all of our stuff, buckling our kids back in after sitting on the phone for 20 minutes without a solution. Will be cancelling our unit. Not sure why on a Wednesday at 3:30 in the afternoon we should have any trouble reaching someone on the property for assistance.

This Public Storage is so clean and the customer service is outstanding. Marie, with her great customer service has guided me with information needed to move out from my unit into another unit.
